向總統報告洪案 國防部16:00記者會延後

【王家俊／台北報導】國防部長高華柱下午二時前往總統府，向總統馬英九報告軍中改革方案，預定四時舉行臨時記者會，由行政院政務委員羅瑩雪及高華柱說明「國軍改革人權保障作為」報告，但軍方剛剛出面說明，由於高華柱等人仍在總統府，記者會將稍晚舉行。

另，政壇下午盛傳高華柱二度請辭，但已獲總統慰留，總統要求高華柱先將洪仲丘案處理好。
