基泰台大　8月將開始交屋

【劉曉霞／台北報導】基泰建設(2538)推出的「基泰台大」8月將開始交屋，基泰建設副總經理張玉貞透露，「基泰台大」已出售4成，目前主要服務已售客戶。

基泰在汐止推出的「都鐸薔薇」預定明年第1季完工，受到IFRS影響，營收應該會在明年入帳。另外，位在吳興街、主打酒店式公寓的「基泰世貿」也預定在明年第3季完工，再加上「基泰御峰」，法人預估，明年營收最少可達52億元。
