80分鐘影像黑的？　檢：有人用黑布遮

【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘枉死，桃園地檢署調查關鍵80分鐘監視影帶，昨天軍高檢調取「還原」80分鐘影帶，初步研判影帶畫面一團黑，是有人以黑布遮蔽監視器，動機可能是為避免錄下惡整過程。

根據《聯合報》報導，桃園地檢署查看監視器影帶後，認為監視器有在錄影，不過在黑畫面中偶爾有殘影，初判是因為有黑布遮蔽，偶爾被風吹起所導致。
檢方今天將陸續傳喚監視器廠商、269旅禁閉室士官、戰情官及遭軍檢函送桃檢的二六九旅政戰主任陳毅銘、被軍事法院收押的副旅長何江忠等四人。
