關懷學童 警局長宣導犯罪防治

新北市政府警察局中和一分局分局長張世淐，參加由新北市中和區公所主辦「關懷低收學童～中和暑期育樂營」活動，張致詞時除了預祝學童們有個精彩的暑假，並藉機宣導犯罪預防，引用台灣俗諺「細漢偷挽瓠，大漢偷牽牛」，認為國家的幼苗萬一犯錯，千萬不要逃避，應誠實面對並改進。
