被譏沒「LP」　壽星剌死男公關判11年半

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市張姓男子(40歲)今年1月過生日當壽星，開心和朋友到同志酒吧「續攤」，陳姓男公關倒酒後嫌張男喝酒不乾脆，譏稱：「幹你娘哩，喝酒這麼不阿莎力」、「你是沒有卵葩哦」，張男憤而離開，並到附近超商購買水果刀。
 
陳男(39歲)等人不知大禍臨頭，繼續喝酒，張男返回酒吧，二話不說持刀朝陳男猛剌，眾人上前制止，也遭張男發狂式的猛揮攻擊，直到刀刃與刀柄脫落才被眾人合力制伏；台中地院依殺人罪判張男11年6月徒刑。
