1.遇缺不補 本來 5人 走了1人 4人share 5人的工作 又走 又不補 偷人數 , 偷到一個算一個 2.部門合併 PE AE FAE 混著用 , 多職員工 ,但是薪水不會比較多 3.慢慢越來越多事 一點給你一點給你 4.烤雞最後 5% 砍人 , 砍了不補 , 隔年在砍 大家的公司有沒有什麼雞歪的view人力的方法 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.19.252
