【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】歐盟對高盛（Goldman Sachs）等13家投資銀行，以及Markit等2家金融數據公司提出反托辣斯訴訟，指控他們阻礙德意志交易所（Deutsche Boerse）及芝加哥商品交易所（Chicago Mercantile Exchange，CME）2大集團進入信貸衍生商品市場。
 
歐盟指出，被指控的業者在2006~2009年阻礙2大交易所集團進入信用違約交換（Credit Default Swap，CDS）市場，不僅妨礙市場競爭，也增加系統性風險。CDS市場較不透明，2007~2009年一度淪市場禿鷹放空工具，歐盟主管當局經過2年調查，決定對相關業者提告。
