留宿已婚男　判賠60萬

【孫友廉／新北報導】在汽車公司工作的已婚周姓男子，與妻感情不睦，去年6月，到邱姓女同事的三峽承租套房留宿多天。去年7月1日晚間，周妻前去捉姦，撞見兩人衣衫不整，因未查到有兩人發生性行為的事證，新北地檢署於是將兩人不起訴。
 
周妻改提民事訴訟，向周男、邱女求償150萬元。新北地院考量周男、邱女孤男寡女共處一室，已侵害周妻的婚姻關係，判決兩人須連帶賠償60萬元。因周男還揚言要對妻子潑硫酸、「蓋布袋」等恐嚇行為，法官判決周男另須賠妻25萬元。
