6月建物買賣轉移棟數　北市月減15.1%、中市微增1.3％

【實習記者陳鎮強／台北報導】台北市昨公布6月建物買賣轉移棟數為3368戶，較5月少15.1%，較去年同期少8.6%，其中中山區是交易量最高的地區，達567戶。
 
台中市6月建物買賣移轉棟數為5129戶，比5月多1.3%，比去年同期多15.5%，其中南屯區是交易量最高的地區，佔954戶。
 
永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃衛舒指出，雖然美國的量化寛鬆政策準備退場，但傳出房市復甦的正面消息，國內則取消8500點證所稅限制，帶動資金輪動，而且6月央行理監事會議結束，並未加強打房，預期下半年房價仍持平，交易量較上半年小幅成長1成左右。
