【綜合報導】香港社民連立法會議員梁國雄，今早與十幾名成員由灣仔修頓中心出發，準備到灣仔升旗禮附近的請願區示威。但前往請願區時屢受警方阻撓，除要在只能容納一人走過的遊行通道前進，警方更派出20多名警員擋住通道，令遊行隊伍在升旗禮完結後，仍然塞在途中未能到達會場。

早上7時社民連成員在修頓中心集合，要求粉碎小圈子選舉、全國普選，並為李旺陽等民運人士申冤。警方派出數十人戒備，並指派多名警員擋住遊行通道，示威人士最終只能在菲林明道遠眺會展升旗禮會場，無奈散去。
