（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄7日電）陸軍航空特戰部指揮官潘中將今日代表部長嚴明，表揚榮膺103年國軍模範母親的王陳秀美女士，感謝她教忠教孝的懿行，並激勵子弟王韋勝士官長服務軍旅戮力從公、敬業樂群的工作精神，蔚為國用。

　潘指揮官晚間由政戰主任范少將陪同，前往高雄旗津恭賀當選今年國軍模範母親的王陳秀美女士，並致贈「母儀典範」賀屏及禮品，更在訪視中感受楊女士教子有方、熱心公益的家庭教育內涵，以及溫馨濃郁的人情關懷。

　潘指揮官指出，王陳女士丈夫早年意外身亡，含辛茹苦將4名兒女撫養長大，並鼓勵次子從軍報國，自身也以認真工作持家、投入志工服務的身教言教，潛移默化兒子循規蹈矩、關懷社會，此次當選國軍模範母親可謂實至名歸。

華碩（2357）今天召開法說會，公布第1季合併營收1,002億元，從去年第4季的高檔滑落16%，也比去年同期略減5%；稅後純益43.62 億元，季減23%，年減28%，單季每股稅後純益5.87元，合乎法人預期。

華碩第1季毛利率13.2%，比去年第4季上升0.6個百分點；營益率4.7% ，雖比去年同期的5.3%下滑，但較前季增加0.2個百分點，獲利表現出色。

標題[閒聊] NCC:4G開台 終止2G服務 強迫用戶轉3或4G

三百萬4G門號 釋給3電信業者 NCC日前通過中華、台哥大、遠傳的4G執照申請，並在今天各核配100萬個門號給3家業者，相關服務最快可在上半年開通。 台灣電信業3大龍頭中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳電信積極進行網路建設，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）也加速審驗，並在4月30日核發給3家業者行動寬頻業務（4G）的特許執照。 3家業者在獲得執照後，緊接著申請4G用戶號碼核配，而NCC也在今天核配門號，中華電信取得0905開頭的門號100萬門，台灣大取得0909開頭的門號100萬門，遠傳則取得0903開頭的門號100萬門。 中華電信、台灣大哥大及遠傳電信等3家電信業者，於完成網路建設並辦妥系統審驗等各項事宜，在4月提出核發特許執照申請，並於4月30日通過NCC審議而獲特許執照。 NCC表示，依規定4G業者於取得特許執照後，最晚應於6個月內營運，因此3家電信業者於取得特許執照後，可望提早營運，只要準備完畢，最快有機會於今年上半年提供消費者4G服務。 NCC副主任委員虞孝成說，NCC今天通過中華電信、台灣大哥大及遠傳電信等3家電信業者申請4G用戶號碼核配討論案，可望讓台灣4G提早開台。 此外，NCC也提醒現有400多萬2G用戶，2G執照將於2017年6月到期，屆時所有業者都須將執照繳回。不過，只要業者願意，仍可繼續以原有2G設備提供用戶服務；若業者不願繼續提供用戶2G服務，也可合法終止2G服務。2G用戶則可選擇保留號碼升級到3G或4G，或是停用、轉移至其他業者服務。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.170.236.42 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1399468746.A.3E4.html ※ 編輯: pooet (1.170.236.42), 05/07/2014 21:22:10

美國聯邦航空管理局(FAA)表示，上星期南加州一個空中交通管制中心電腦出問題、洛杉磯機場數百航班被迫取消的事件，是由於一架U-2間諜飛機路過造成的干擾。

中新網據美國媒體報導，FAA發言人倫斯福德(Lunsford)發表書面聲明說，4月30日，一架U-2間諜飛機在高空經過時，FAA南加州空中管制系統出現問題。當時，電腦系統誤將U-2飛機當做普通飛機在做低空飛行，因此要讓其他空中飛行避開同它可能產生的衝突。

FAA不到一個小時就解決了問題，隨即調整系統，要求所有航班都提供具體的飛行高度計劃。他說，FAA還採取措施，增加電腦系統的航班處理記憶容量。

五角大樓一名發言人證實，作為例行訓練的一部分，一架U-2間諜飛機4月30日飛越南加州。但他無法證實那架飛機是否造成電腦故障。

陸軍上校沃倫(Steve Warren)說，U-2提交了飛行計劃文件，也是按照那些計劃飛行的。這次事故不會迫使軍方改變現有的做法。

據報導，4月30日，加州帕姆戴爾(Palmdale)空中管制中心的電腦出現問題，洛杉磯國際機場大約200多個航班被迫推遲或取消。當時，該地區其他機場也有幾十個航班被迫取消，全美前往南加州的商業航班也受到了影響。

宏達電(2498-TW)法說公佈第2季財測，預估EPS為2.21-3元之間，可望順利轉盈，隨後多家外資也發布報告，但多數仍悲觀看待宏達電表現，評價仍以減碼為多，僅德意志證券高喊買進，且目標價由原本的155元調升至250元，遠遠領先其他外資，其中價差甚至比最低的摩根士丹利90元還高出160元。

除了德意志證券給予宏達電250元的高目標價外，其他外資多將目標價設在90-105元左右，此外雖然外資普遍仍對宏達電評等不甚樂觀、且目標價也低於今天宏達電股價，不過，已紛紛做出上調的動作 。

德意志證券認為，第一季宏達電營運表現符合預期，但第二季卻展現出強勁的預期，加上對於新機M8以及Desire 816.的需求，最近市場的銷量也比預估來的高出14%。且由於宏達電的股價往往受到商品銷售量而漲漲跌跌，這次德意志證券相信，此波新產品將會帶動宏達電年增銷量與下一季的營收表現，因此將目標價上調至250元，評等買進。

美銀美林證券則看好M8在銷售上將會勝過M7，主因在出貨上不會像之前那樣斷鏈，然而預估銷售總額可能還是會低於公司預期。主因雖然HTC看好今年第二季銷量可以成長21-22%，但仍然低於外界預期，也比去年第二季M7成長23.3%來得低，因此給予目標價102元，重申劣於大盤評等。

對宏達電目標價僅給了90元的摩根士丹利證券認為，雖然宏達電的新機的確有許多令人期待的地方，但是仍有幾點疑慮須留意，首先是供應鏈是否能完善出貨，將會影響M8銷量更甚於實際需求，其次在2014年下半年是許多手機的換機潮，宏達電將面臨強勁的競爭對手，包括蘋果的iPhone6。再者，若宏達電想提高在中國的手機售價，勢必會受到來自小米機的壓力，最後，對宏達電在今年第一季公司在操作上的現金流，仍保持悲觀。

　　新增大型競技活動「跨服戰-武會島」。這是一個跨越伺服器界限的大型 PVP 活動，玩家將遇到更強勁的對手，也會得到更豐厚的獎勵。跨服戰還是一個展現玩家風采的舞臺，盡情展現自己的裝備、坐騎、夥伴，還可以結交朋友，互相切磋心得。其中最吸引玩家的當屬在跨服戰中獲得第一名的玩家將獲得「金色武祖」稱號，這是一個人人都嚮往擁有的稱號，也是實力的彰顯，佩戴在身上不僅會得到相應的屬性加成，更會讓旁人羡慕不已。

比武規則說明，點擊打開如下介面：

1）角色等級≥42 級可參加武會島。
2）參加比武可獲得跨服積分，可用於兌換天玄神石等稀有材料，週六、周日可獲得雙倍積分獎勵。
3）參加比武可獲得天梯積分，是玩家實力的象徵，在週三、五、日可根據天梯積分獲得額外的巨額獎勵。
4）當日參加次數達到 3 次以後才可進入天梯排行榜，排行第一的玩家可獲得武祖的稱號。
5）天梯積分每週一 0 點會重置。
6）比武勝利，可將滿足條件的玩家抓為武奴，對武奴進行調教可獲得武神祝福次數，可獲得更多的跨服和天梯積分獎勵。

比武規則：
　　活動時間：每日 19：30-20：00
　　活動開放：世界等級≥42 參與
　　條件：角色等級≥42級，可參加

武會規則：
1）在活動時間，可報名參加武會活動，兩次報名 CD 時間為 15 秒
2）報名後有 15 秒的等待時間，在等待期間內，等待系統匹配
3）等待時間結束後，系統進行對手匹配，挑選對手
4）報名後自動將參賽者傳送到一個中立場景，等待比賽開始

匹配規則：
　　優先匹配具有特殊仇恨（主奴）的玩家，再匹配天梯積分接近的玩家。
　　1）是否選擇優先挑戰「武主」，並且對應玩家處於等候狀態，則匹配成功。有多個滿足條件的武主時，優先匹配戰鬥力低的玩家。
　　2）是否有「武奴」處於等待時間，並且自己為「武奴」優先挑戰目標，則匹配成功。有多個滿足條件的武奴時，優先匹配天梯積分高的玩家。
　　3）優先匹配等待玩家中天梯積分差最近的玩家，優先在滿足在自己天梯積分上下差值 10% 的玩家中隨機抽取 1 個。如果沒有，則在上下差值 20% 的玩家中隨機抽取 1 個。依次類推，每次增加 10%，直到完成匹配。

匹配成功後，雙方進入戰鬥副本
　　1）進入副本後，天梯分低的傳送 A 點，天梯積分高傳送到 B 點，雙方預設處於騎乘狀態，並四目對望。
　　2）3 秒倒計時後開始戰鬥，操作規則與競技場相同，玩家可選擇自動戰鬥，武學設置與競技場相同，此處不再單獨設置。未選中目標的情況下，使用攻擊武學自動選中目標。夥伴可出戰參與戰鬥（夥伴 PVP 功能未開放前暫遮罩夥伴顯示，BUFF 效果保留）。戰鬥過程中，不可使用恢復氣血的道具，戰鬥過程中任意 1 方死亡，或倒計時 90 秒結束，則戰鬥結束，雙方傳送出副本。勝利方判優先條件為：剩餘生命值更高＞剩餘生命/最大生命 更高＞戰鬥力更高。

跨服積分可用於兌換跨服獎勵
　　1）戰鬥獎勵積分：勝利+20、失敗+5（週六、周日為雙倍積分）
　　2）連殺獎勵積分：5*（連殺數-2），最小為 0 （週六、周日為雙倍積分）
　　3）勇者獎勵積分：當被挑戰方的戰鬥力 ≥ 自身 30% 時，增加 10 分（週六、周日為雙倍積分）
　　4）每日積分有上限，當達到上限後，再次挑戰勝利固定 +2，失敗固定 +1，無連殺和勇者積分。週一至週五上限為 2000；週六、周日 上限為 4000。

天梯積分
　　1）天梯積分決定排名、以及可獲得額外跨服積分獎勵
　　2）戰鬥勝利增加積分，戰鬥失敗降低積分，對手越弱，扣分數值越高

每日排名規則
　　排名規則決定每日額外的排名獎勵，當日參加比武次數≥1 次，才可進入排名。排名判定優先順序（全部為降冪）：當前天梯積分》勝率》戰鬥力》最後充值時間。

排名獎勵
　　1）每日比武排名第一的玩家可獲得 1 個持續 1 天的金色「武祖」的稱號，稱號效果：攻擊 +8%，職業防禦 +8%。

　　2）每週日比武排名第一的玩家可獲得 1 個持續 7 天的紫色「武祖」的稱號，擁有紫色稱號的時候，不會再獲得金色稱號。稱號效果：攻擊 +10%，職業防禦 +10%。

　　3）每週三、週五、周日，會根據天梯積分獲得一次額外獎勵。所有進入當天排名的玩家可根據天梯積分獲得對應的額外跨服積分獎勵 。獎勵通過郵件發送：「恭喜您在本次武會島結算為第xx名，獲得xx禮包和xx跨服積分獎勵，每週三、五、日進行結算，切勿錯過」。

標題[問題] 有人接睫毛完會只有一眼特別容易掉嗎
