反腐波及 前雲南副省長鬧自殺

大陸雲南省全力反腐，沈培平3月被免去副省長職務，並遭到調查。曾提拔沈培平的前雲南省副省長孔垂柱3月底傳出自殺未遂，目前住院治療。

綜合中國大陸媒體報導，孔垂柱是現任大陸雲南省人民代表大會常委會常務副主任，他今年兩會期間曾在北京服藥過量而昏迷。

報導引述雲南當地消息指出，孔垂柱自殺發生於3月底，他以破玻璃酒杯自戕，兩手、胸部都有傷口，「送到武警醫院時失血嚴重」。他目前仍住在雲南武警醫院8樓的加護病房。

了解內情的人士分析，孔垂柱自殺原因可能有二，一是他牽涉沈培平案被相關部門審查，二是他此前體檢時查出為愛滋病毒（HIV）帶原者。

2014年3月9日，中共中央紀律檢查委員會網站公布，時任雲南省副省長沈培平涉嫌嚴重違法違紀，正接受組織調查。沈培平隨後被免去職務。

報導說，孔垂柱和和沈培平在雲南官場上幾乎是哥倆好、形影不離，孔垂柱提拔沈培平，當地都知道。2013年初，孔垂柱退居二線，任職省人大後，沈培平從中共普洱市委調升至分管農業、水利的雲南副省長。

馬航空難涉「過失致死」 法展開司法調查

馬航MH370客機至今仍下落不明，巴黎的檢查機關決定朝「過失致死」方向展開司法調查。

法國媒體報道，由於機上有法國乘客，巴黎地檢署早在今年3月11日（客機失蹤後3天）便展開初步調查。直至本周三，檢察院決定展開正式司法調查，因為客機失蹤4小時後，馬國官方才展開搜救行動，違反相關法律與航空規定，涉嫌過失致死。

法國一名專門處理空難的律師稱，乘客家屬已經可以對馬航提出訴訟，但隨著搜尋工作進一步展開，馬航以外的其他組織，也可能需要承擔事故責任。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

疆獨人士老將火車站列為襲擊目標，引發國際討論。學者紮卡里•凱克認為，穿越新疆的鐵路將中亞、中國、歐洲相連，且車站的騷動易引起旅客恐慌，因此攻擊火車站具備了「象徵和戰略上的雙重企圖」。

分裂分子恐怖計畫一步步縝密進行，除攻擊火車站外，《法制日報》9日更指出，光2013年，「東突厥」組織製作、發布暴力恐怖影音107部，超歷年總和，部分傳入境內，煽動性極強；他們的目的很直接，就是傳播民族分裂、宗教極端、暴力恐怖思想，達到分裂目的。

疆獨人士為何老挑車站下手？曾在新美國安全中心和美國國會實習的紮卡里•凱克向《環球時報》表示，新疆的鐵路是中國打造「絲綢之路經濟帶」的重要組成部分，鐵路蘊含著改變新疆的潛力；激進分子將火車站當成攻擊目標，就是要攪亂中國與中亞、歐洲等地的經濟合作。

此外，襲擊火車站也有「戰略因素」，紮卡里•凱克分析，攻擊鐵路造成人們對旅行安全恐慌，阻止人們進入新疆的步伐，中國政府極其重視「絲綢之路經濟帶」和二三線城市的建設，此舉也會加深民眾對鐵路線經濟可行性的憂慮。

紮卡里•凱克認為，中國政府最近的反恐大動作，就是想在極端組織尚未壯大到足以嚴重破壞重大基礎設施項目之前，就以鐵拳嚴打。
