新華網報導，中國雲南省楚雄市開發區今日凌晨約2時30分，該省第四公路橋樑工程公司生活社區內一單位發生爆炸，造成3人死亡，4人受傷送醫。警方目前正調查爆炸原因。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）

印度日前發生2名少女遭性侵後勒斃案，震驚社會，不料近期有官員被問到此事，竟表示「性侵的發生並非蓄意」，爭議言論引發不滿。
英國《衛報》報導，印度中部恰蒂斯加爾邦內政部長、負責管理法律事務的帕伊克拉（Ramsevak Paikra），當地時間7日表示：「這類事件（性侵）的發生並非蓄意，這類事件的發生屬於意外。」但他稍後澄清，自己受訪時說的話遭到錯誤引用。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）

| 黑龍江爆炸案逮嫌犯「給10萬否則引爆」

台灣頂新集團旗下的連鎖速食店「德克士炸雞」，位於黑龍江省安達市的分店，昨驚傳爆炸，造成2名警員受傷。中國公安機關展開搜捕，在今天凌晨4時許，於黑龍江省大慶市逮捕犯罪嫌疑人朱詩彬。
新華社報導，現年34歲的朱詩彬是哈爾濱人、目前失業，他昨天早上將自製爆炸裝置放在四道街的德克士快餐店內，然後到另一家德克士店內，查到四道街快餐店送餐電話並撥打過去，宣稱已放置炸彈，要對方給他10萬元人民幣，否則就要引爆炸彈。
德克士快餐店連忙報警，2名警察趕到店內疏散群眾，隨後在移置炸彈時遭到炸傷。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）

| 頻傳不幸 台鐵12小時內發生3起意外

台鐵昨天晚上到今天上午都很不平靜，短短的12時內，發生3起行人或轎車跨越軌道被撞及死傷意外，造成1死1傷的不幸事件。
根據台鐵的通報，第1起意外是發生在昨天深夜10時50分，7531次(貨車)在牡丹站撞到跨越軌道路人，受傷路人由救護車送基隆長庚醫院救治。第2起是發生在今天0時34分，2378次於社頭、員林間西正線231公里400公尺處，因一女子躺於路線上被撞擊死亡。第3起是發生在今天清晨5時28分，2701次行經龍泉、集集間的集鹿路平交道，因轎車闖越遭撞及，所幸無人員傷亡。(陳如嬌／台北報導)

| 好威！5月營收 聯發科連4月創新高

新興市場需求有撐，聯發科（2454）5月營收達193.30億元，月增1.22%，年成長達76.83%，連4個月再寫歷史新高。不過觀察5月月增率已較4月月增9.57%放緩，加上中國4G補貼政策6月生效，6月營收變化值得觀察。
聯發科第2季預估營收上看515至552億元間，季成長可達12~20%，並再創單季新高，毛利率同步走揚。累計4~5月營收已達384.27億元，換言之，6月營收只要達130億元，低標就可達陣。
聯發科總經理謝清江日前已指出，聯發科第2季表現符合財測預期，目前中國市場庫存還算正常，但28奈米晶片產能供應吃緊，缺貨情況可能會到第3季，第3季還是最旺的季節。。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
