| 佔中3周 學聯：撤退時候未到

（中央社香港19日電）香港「占中」運動已滿3週，參與團體香港專上學生聯會（學聯）副秘書長岑敖暉今天表示，現在不是撤退的時候，但基於尊重法治，運動結束後他會主動向警方投案。
綜合香港媒體報導，岑敖暉上午出席香港電台節目「城市論壇」時說，參與公民抗命的目的是要擾亂部分社會秩序，但因為他尊重法治，運動結束後會主動向警方投案，承擔法律後果。
岑敖暉表示，他和「占中三子」（戴耀廷、朱耀明和陳健民）等組織者在運動結束後都會去自首，但他認為現在還不是撤退的時候。
他說，學聯願意隨時與港府溝通，也歡迎政府重啟對話，期望對話能解決問題。但他希望21日學聯與港府對話時，政府正面回應市民對普選的訴求，並提出時間表、路線圖或解決方法。
岑敖暉強調，「政治問題需以政治解決，不能以警隊解決」，還說占領運動是群眾自發，學聯或占中發起人都無法控制，只有香港行政長官（特首）梁振英控制得了。
占中據點旺角連日爆發警民衝突後，學聯常委梁麗幗仍不認為占領運動已經失控。她批評作出有關評論的官員不了解情況，言論不負責任。
梁麗幗今天表示，過去兩晚她都在旺角，觀察到有人想衝出十字路口時，其他民眾便會制止，但在醞釀期警方已舉起紅旗警告或噴胡椒噴霧。她認為是警方在時機拿捏上出問題，才引起誤會造成衝突。1031019

韓星河智苑今晚在台北舉行粉絲見面會，一出場就先來一段舞蹈，扭腰擺臀、性感舞姿炒熱現場氣氛。
韓劇「奇皇后」6月在台灣播出收視率創高峰，讓飾演奇皇后的河智苑在台灣人氣攀升，6月時她曾來台宣傳，當時就選定台灣作為亞洲巡迴見面會的首站，今晚在台北ATT SHOWBOX見粉絲，一出場就跳舞，粉絲尖叫聲不斷。
河智苑一開口就用中文向台灣粉絲問好，「大家好，我是河智苑，有想我嗎？很高興今天終於又和大家見面了」。為了來台灣會粉絲，河智苑也特別重返「奇皇后」拍攝場景，她在劇中射箭、騎馬樣樣都不在話下。
現場也準備讓粉絲將想問河智苑的問題寫在紙飛機上，並射向舞台讓河智苑回答，第一名被抽中的男性粉絲沒問問題，只寫「I love you」，讓河智苑一看到就興奮地說，「我知道怎麼念」，展現活潑一面。
粉絲問到拍攝「奇皇后」最難忘的小插曲，河智苑透露，在拍「奇皇后」時，因為天氣很冷，為了禦寒她最高紀錄在全身上下貼滿23個暖暖包，還曾被燙到過。(中央社)

| 基隆港鷹群盤旋 飛羽攝手吸睛

基隆港上空最近老鷹翱翔數量增多，由於天氣晴朗，將近30隻老鷹群聚，相當壯觀，來自各地的「賞鷹攝手」與鳥友，在海洋廣場捕捉飛翔鷹姿。
黑鳶（Milvus migrans）俗稱老鷹、來葉、厲翼，是群居性的猛禽，且與人類棲息環境密切。基隆港平常就有老鷹飛翔，維持10多隻上下，但近日數量增加，在基隆港上空翱翔，海洋廣場成為最佳賞鷹的地方。
喜愛攝影的姬生一今天表示，這陣子老鷹很多，「多到不知道該抓哪一隻來拍」，今天大約20多隻老鷹盤旋在港區，偶而俯衝海面覓食。他說，前兩天經過，等紅綠燈時，發現應該有破30隻在基隆港區上飛。
住在基隆的張姓民眾表示，16日曾在基隆港邊，出現了他多年以來都沒看過的鷹群，有基隆市野鳥學會統計約38隻，震撼的畫面，令人好感動。基隆不是只有下雨與廟口小吃，基隆港應該號稱老鷹的故鄉，顯示老鷹生態穩定成長。
姬生一今天再度前往港區攝影，也與旁邊的鳥友討論、切磋心得。因為飛翔速度很快，鏡頭條件不夠，不容易抓到好的角度、速度，他說，每次去拍飛羽，總是望鳥興嘆，「好想要清晰的數毛版本的老鷹照片」。
旭川河口有腐食流出，有的鳥友也丟腐食餵食，都吸引老鷹聚集並衝下水面覓食。部分老鷹沿著基隆港邊盤旋飛舞，基隆市政府與部分鳥友也提醒新手或賞鷹民眾，要擔任老鷹生態的保育守護者，若想要拍攝老鷹，就要有耐心等候，不要任意餵食。(中央社)

溜馬大前鋒韋斯特（David West）在與小牛的比賽中扭傷右腳踝，具體傷情目前還不得而知。
第三節還剩6分鐘時，韋斯特搶籃板後落地時扭傷了腳踝，隨後他在隊友們的幫助下回到休息室，此後的比賽沒有再出場。
退場之前，韋斯特出賽23分鐘48秒，11投5中，6罰全中，得到16分4籃板。
這場比賽，溜馬憑借着末節打出的37：19攻勢，以98：93逆轉復仇小牛結束3連敗，小牛5大主力輪休，兩連勝終止。
科普蘭德（Chris Copeland）此役出賽30分鐘，，尤其是末節溜馬發起猛烈反撲時，科普蘭德爭當殺敵先鋒，連續在飈中三分外線，從而幫助溜馬打出氣勢，最終完成逆轉。科普蘭德此役在三分球14投6中，拿下全場最高的22分和5籃板，成為逆轉功臣。
韋斯特可能會缺席剩余的兩場熱身賽，而斯科拉（Luis Scola）和科普蘭德將會得到更多出場時間。
30日，溜馬將迎來季賽開幕戰，韋斯特能否出賽仍未知。

| 全球僅餘六頭 罕見白犀牛死亡

一頭極為罕見的35歲北非白犀牛蘇尼(Suni)，上周五(17日)在肯亞死亡，這使得全球同種犀牛的數量僅剩下6隻，隨時都會絕種。
蘇尼1980年在捷克Dvur Kralove動物園出生，園方2009年將蘇尼及另外3隻北非白犀牛，帶到肯雅Ol Pejeta保護區放生，希望牠們在大自然環境裡，繁殖後代會比較容易，能夠幫助北非白犀牛免於絕種。不過動物園周五發現蘇尼已經死亡，死因未明，但已排除是遭到獵人撲殺。
北非白犀牛是白犀牛的亞種，而蘇尼就是全球僅剩的兩頭仍具有繁衍後代能力的雄性北非白犀牛之一，牠的死亡讓專家擔心繁殖情況及北非白犀牛的未來。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
