雖然最近 Uber 在世界各國爭議不斷，不過他們反其道而行，推出一日免費乘車活動，只要在 12/17 早上六點至 12/18 早上六點間搭乘菁英優步，就能享有每趟折 300 元的優惠，活動期間最多能使用兩次，還沒搭過的人可以利用這次的機會體驗看看。

雖然圖片上寫著坐車不用錢，不過 Free uberX Day 還是有幾項限制在搭乘前要先注意，首先是免費搭乘的時間限定在 2014 年 12 月 17 日上午 6 點至 2014 年 12 月 18 日上午 6 點之間，搭乘的車款限定低階款的菁英優步（車種有 TOYOTA Camry、NISSAN Cefiro、TEANA 等），活動當天最多可搭乘兩趟，每趟可折 300 元，超過就必須要用信用卡付款。

• 優惠活動不適用於 UberBLACK 尊榮優步

除了免費搭車日之外，Uber 同時推出「捕捉野生 Uber 卡車」活動，12/17 當日會有一台 Uber 卡車在台北街頭趴趴走，只要用相機拍下並上傳 FB 或 Instagram，標註三位好友的姓名在圖片上，並加上 Uber 指定標籤，就有機會能得到 $1000 元乘車金。

雖然有好康就要大力推廣，不過 T 客邦還是要提醒大家，Uber 目前仍未在台灣設立分公司專責 Uber 平台經營，也未依法令規定申請從事國內運輸業或運輸服務業登記，所以乘車時若有任何糾紛無法完全得到台灣法律的保障，儘管我自己搭乘幾次 Uber 的經驗都不錯，不過有顧慮的人還是要將這些注意事項列入安全考量中。

（更新：新增基隆已受霾害）

這波寒流最冷的時間還沒報到，台灣西半部的空氣品質已受寒流影響！環保署空氣品質監測網顯示，雲嘉南地區受寒流影響，地表風速增強，引發揚塵現象，空氣中PM10懸浮微粒濃度偏高，雲林的麥寮及崙背測站上午11時的PSI空氣品質都已達到紅色的不良等級，麥寮的PM10濃度每小時最高曾達到400微克／立方公尺，環署提醒民眾出門要戴口罩。

寒流來襲，台灣西半部空氣已受到今年入冬的第一波中國霾害影響，下午4時基隆測站所測的細懸浮微粒濃度已經達到指標8「紅色」很高等級，PM2.5細懸浮微粒即時濃度已經達到95微克／立方公尺(WHO的日平均健康標準值為35微克)，環署監資處說，PM2.5濃度升高主要是受到境外污染物影響，預計從基隆一路往南都將陸續受到影響，但這波霾害濃度影響不會飆高，PM2.5細懸浮微粒都不會超過100微克／立方公尺，且預計明天中午後會陸續改善。
 
今天台灣西半部地區的空氣品質也都只有黃色的普通等級，環署上午10時30分最新一波空氣預報顯示，今天台灣各地空氣品質均為普通至不良等級，指標污染物為懸浮微粒。寒流可能挾帶境外污染物影響空氣品質，導致懸浮微粒及PM2.5細懸浮微粒濃度偏高；中部及雲嘉南地區受地表風速增強，將出現揚塵現象，空氣中懸浮微粒濃度較高。
 
環署監資處表示，若氣象條件變化不大，這種現象可能持續1至2天左右，提醒敏感族群避免在戶外長時間劇烈活動，一般民眾也應減少戶外活動。（洪敏隆／台北報導）

位在基隆市西定路上的國全行，日前曾向芊鑫進貨銷泡粉，商家在接獲基隆市衛生局通知後，今天上午已經主動將9箱半，共約186公斤的消泡粉退回。廠商無奈表示，原本今天在等芊鑫的人過來收貨，不過等了一天都沒人來收，所以自己主動去退貨，芊鑫有提供合格保證書「這到底是怎麼回事，我們真的很無奈」。（蔡進男、戴之聖／基隆報導）

名嘴周玉蔻因爆料連勝文在美國哥倫比亞大學就讀時，曾參加過兔女郎派對，連勝文出面否認時說：「人事時地物全都是假的，請媒體檢驗名嘴說法是否有公信力」，周玉蔻不滿專業被質疑，因此對連勝文提出妨害名譽告訴，台北地檢署16日上午傳喚連勝文，訊問30分鐘後請回。

周玉蔻因在「美麗島電子報」爆料，指連勝文在美國哥倫比亞大學就讀時，住在「川普大廈」豪宅，還參加花花公子創辦人所舉辦的兔女郎派對。

連勝文當時接受媒體訪問時表示，名嘴用不實、惡意言論攻擊，沒有人證、物證，人事時地物全都是假的，請媒體檢驗名嘴說法是否有公信力。連勝文對周玉蔻提起民事訴訟，求償500萬元損害賠償，並要求周玉蔻登報道歉。

但周玉蔻不滿專業遭到質疑，反控連勝文妨害名譽，因周玉蔻曾指消息來源是律師宋耀明，台北地檢署日前曾傳喚過宋耀明出庭，16日上午又傳喚連勝文，訊問30分鐘後請回。

台北市長當選人柯文哲，今天下午在立委蔡其昌及李應元的陪同下，到台中監獄探訪在監服刑的前總統陳水扁，柯文哲與陳水扁會面約1小時，探訪結束後，柯文哲受訪表示，希望能讓扁居家療養，他認為，這樣已經「形同軟禁」，只要扁不要再出來從事政治活動就好，他認為，「如果讓扁就這樣死在監獄裡很不人道」。柯文哲在尚未參選時，就是陳水扁的民間醫療小組召集人，曾多次公開呼籲，讓扁保外就醫，這是他當選台北市長後，首度探視陳水扁。
