【綜合報導】媚登峰集團遭檢舉涉賣過期保健食品，檢調追查還發現，媚登峰還涉盜刻會員印章，偷查會員薪資所得，以便了解哪些會員有財力，再大力推銷產品，檢方認為，媚登峰的作法以涉犯偽造文書罪，至於有多少會員受害還要清查。

| 蔡啟芳嗆選黨主席，唯一政見「救阿扁」

【顏振凱／台北報導】昔日國會「三寶」之一的民進黨前立委蔡啟芳，目前任「大力省電照明股份有限公司」董事長，賣起LED燈泡，民視、民進黨中央黨部、民進黨團總召柯建銘辦公室都捧場，換了他公司生產的燈泡，但蔡未忘情於政治，他下午到立院訪柯，遇到記者就宣布「明年我要選黨主席，不是開玩笑」，他強調只有一條政見，就是「救阿扁」，但只要扁被「救出來」，他會馬上辭掉黨主席職務。
蔡啟芳一看到記者，就拿出柯建銘辦公室的電費單推銷產品，強調柯辦自從換了他保證「MIT」的燈泡後，今年5月份的電費比去年省超過30％。但話題一轉到政治，他就埋怨現在黨中央「太斯文」，連救阿扁這麼簡單的事都做不好，還講什麼其他？蔡說，如果他當黨主席，就「只處理『救阿扁』這條」，輔選等其他事他都不管，至於要如何救，「等選上了找大家集思廣益！」
蔡啟芳也不忘消遣昔日同為「三寶」的前立委林重謨說，本來他計畫找林重謨和另一寶前立委侯水盛，共組「三寶黨」，一起拼不分區席次來顧台灣，沒想到林重謨沒事去陪一堆國民黨前立委訪中，還在北京和共產黨載歌載舞，讓他的計畫破功，「想不通他（林）在幹嘛？」
