摁，雖然可能是月經文 不過可以蒐一下我的ID 畢竟送修的這麼火大我還是第一次 直到今天 我多次聯絡光華維修站詢問進度，但得到的結果都是「會請工程師在聯絡我」 我的手機不知道是不是會自動忽略電話，怎麼我都接不到？ 今天我火了，直接打去新宇詢問為甚麼會這麼久 以下是工程師告知我的事情 「因為原廠Key錯了你的手機型號/機碼 所以找不到單號可以應對 原廠這邊做第二次判定為人損 維修方式有以下這幾種(單子上寫的那些) 如果你要修的話，要填同意書唷 我等下會傳真給你，你再回傳過來 原廠維修大約要2~3個工作天」 以上就是工程師告知我的訊息 我把我的問句省略 所以我還是要等到星期五直接打電話去新宇問 這就是Sony維修的SOP嗎 都不會主動聯絡，等到消費者發現不對勁了，奪命連環摳才要處理？ 我甚至不敢期望我星期五會接到電話 而且，修的好嗎？ -- _ _ψcito ／ ╲ ｜｜｜ ╱_╲ ↑ ＝╦＝∥ ☆ ∥ ╲_ ■/ ｜ \ ／ \/ -┼- ∥ ∥ ∥ ∥ ╲｜⊙⊙｜|. ﹨ ｜ ♀ ∥ ∥ ∥ ∥ ╲_╱ ╲/\╱ ＼_／\ \_/ ◆ ╚=╩=╝ □ ▲ ¯ Ｖ ◇ ▽￣▽ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.90.189
