近來史丹李爺爺Wizard World Comic Con展覽透漏了很多關於Marvel未來電影計畫 除了蟻人 黑豹 銀河守衛者 Dr.Strange之外 接受MTV Geek訪問時又說到了一個重要角色 那就是Silver Surfer銀色衝浪手 "MTV GEEK: What are some upcoming Marvel movies you know about and – because you’re partial to the Silver Surfer – do you think he’ll ever get a standalone film? LEE: Well, let me put it to you this way: Back at Marvel, they are frantically looking for what is the next one they’re going to do. There is no way they won’t eventually do a Silver Surfer movie. It may not be for a few years because they’re thinking and working on Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy. Everything we have. And the fans seem to want all of them. 記得前些日子看蘋果新聞時 看到一則新聞是"駭客跨27國盜領 10小時捲走12億" 以下是該新聞的連結 http://ppt.cc/N~sh 我想問的是 裡面提到"台無金融預付卡。犯罪集團鎖定的金融預付卡，功能類似信用卡 開戶時必須先存一筆錢進戶頭，一人可申請多張卡，消費時現刷現扣，帳戶餘額不足就 不能消費或提款。Master卡台灣區總經理楊雅婷昨表示，台灣目前沒有發行此卡，各銀 行也未向主管機關提出申請。 金融預付卡不就是VISA金融卡嗎...? 那裡面提到台無金融預付卡指的是MasterCard沒有發行該功能的卡 還是美國那裡有發行另外一種有別於VISA金融卡的產品...? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.138.133

| 愛滋治療費用占疾管局總預算五成 監委促檢討

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，我國愛滋病醫療及防治經費目前全數來自政府預算，又愛滋病醫療費用預算逐年成長，愛滋病患者治療費用逐年上升已達疾管局總預算五成，又該局近3年連年積欠健保局愛滋醫療委託代辦費用，恐有排擠該局其他法定傳染病防疫、患者治療與造成健保財務負擔之虞，疾管局應檢討現行法令妥適性或研議相關改善措施，以為因應。
監委指出，疾管局委託健保局代辦愛滋病治療費用，自2008年開始撥付不足，且累積撥付不足金額持續增加，自2008年至去年累積積欠的金額分別為：0.2億元、4.7億元、7.4億元、15億元及28.6億元，已逐漸侵蝕健保財源。

搶救旗津海岸 潛堤工程完工 自由時報 – 2013年7月3日 上午6:14 http://tinyurl.com/kt4kdqx 〔自由時報記者葛祐豪／高雄報導〕 耗資七億元的旗津海岸保護工程正式完工！北起旗津海水浴場，南至風車公園的三．六公 里海岸線，共設置十一座大小不一的潛堤，並補養沙灘向外延伸約廿至五十公尺，未來將 能有效防止旗津海岸線遭海浪侵蝕。 國內最大規模 工務局今天下午三點將在旗津海水浴場舉行完工典禮淨灘活動，歡迎民眾參加，迎接旗津 海岸的新生。 旗津海岸線長年遭海浪侵蝕，近十年平均退縮五十公尺，市府遲遲等不到中央補助，自行 編列七億元預算，前年九月底緊急啟動旗津海岸離岸潛堤保護工程，原訂今年農曆春節前 完工，但去年六至九月受連續颱風豪雨影響，耽誤海上消波塊吊放進度。 工務局長楊明州表示，工程共設置兩座人工灣澳潛堤、八座離岸潛堤、一座離岸堤，這是 國內最大規模的離岸潛堤工程，不會影響旗津海岸線視野及景觀。 新工處長蘇志勳強調，完工後只見兩座由天然大型塊石堆砌而成的堤防，其他的堤防都隱 沒在海面下，其中一座離貝殼館岸邊約一百五十公尺，直徑約一百公尺，另一座離海水浴 場岸邊約三百公尺，除了是景觀地標，更可降低當地波浪流速，並保留沙灘不易被海浪帶 出。 補養沙灘部分，工程共補沙一百一十二萬立方公尺，沙灘向外延伸約廿至五十公尺，提供 遊客更安全的親水及觀賞夕陽環境。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.129.150

| 賣5歲童適用血腥著色本 量販店惹議

【綜合報導】英國最大量販店特易購(Tesco)最近被消費者發現，販賣一本號稱「適合5歲兒童使用」的「血腥著色本」，書名就叫做《好好上色，啊啊啊啊啊~~》(Color Me Good. ARRGGGHHHH!!)。
這本著色本架構上和一般動物花草的著色本一樣，整本書內容都是白底黑色的輪廓線條，讓小朋友拿彩色筆幫忙這些圖畫上色。但這本與眾不同的地方，從雪白的封面上沾的點點血跡，就已經有些嚇人，翻開內頁更是眼熟，有經典電影《沉默的羔羊》(Silence of the Lambs)、《第六感追輯令》(Fatal Attractions)、《養鬼吃人》(Hellraisers)系列的釘子頭怪人等恐怖、限制級畫面，一位祖父沒注意買了回家給孫子，孫子竟然一邊著色一邊哭，才發現這本著色本根本就是「兒童不宜」。特易購在接到投訴後已經立刻將書本下架，並公開致歉。

【楊景婷／台北報導】劇場泰斗李國修昨病逝，子弟兵黃嘉千、狄志杰稍早抵達屏風表演班，受訪時黃嘉千笑說：「我們今天來喝酒的，因為國修老師喜歡喝酒、愛熱鬧，剛對他說『很久沒喝了吧』，順便問他我的新髮型如何。」
聊起李國修和王月的鶼鰈情深，她也爆料：「月姊喜歡老師身上任何味道、點滴，根本幻想他就是劉德華，從她身上可以學到女人如何崇拜自己的老公。」狄志杰笑著補充：「老師對月姊也很溺愛，不吵架，不指責。」
