愛滋治療費用占疾管局總預算五成　監委促檢討

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，我國愛滋病醫療及防治經費目前全數來自政府預算，又愛滋病醫療費用預算逐年成長，愛滋病患者治療費用逐年上升已達疾管局總預算五成，又該局近3年連年積欠健保局愛滋醫療委託代辦費用，恐有排擠該局其他法定傳染病防疫、患者治療與造成健保財務負擔之虞，疾管局應檢討現行法令妥適性或研議相關改善措施，以為因應。

監委指出，疾管局委託健保局代辦愛滋病治療費用，自2008年開始撥付不足，且累積撥付不足金額持續增加，自2008年至去年累積積欠的金額分別為：0.2億元、4.7億元、7.4億元、15億元及28.6億元，已逐漸侵蝕健保財源。
