| 少年離家流浪 露宿公園百元度3天

【黃子騰／新北報導】蘆洲分局三民派出所今天凌晨1時許獲報，有一名少年在蘆洲捷運站旁公園遊蕩。警員林聖堯到場處理，發現一名13歲的楊姓少年全身髒臭，在公園內閒晃，立即將他帶回派出所。警員林聖堯耐心開導後，楊姓少年才說父母離異後，雖然還同住在一起，但因父母親都有工作沒時間關心他，已多次離家流浪。
警方調查，本周日早上楊姓少年與同學們出去遊玩後，想到就算回家也沒人理就索性翹家，3天來憑著身上僅剩的100元，晚間睡公園內，白天找同學玩，過著有一餐沒一餐的生活。最後在警方的勸說下，楊姓少年才同意與母親返家。警員則告誡楊姓少年，勸他要聽父母的話，別再翹家了。

| 救護人員下車包紮傷者 砂石車硬過撞壞救護車

【李明憲／台中報導】今天中午12點半，台中市永春東三路近環中路，發生一起轎車擦撞機車的車禍，一名機車騎士倒地擦傷，南屯救護分隊91車獲報前往救護，救護車到場後救護人員下車包紮車禍受傷的民眾，這時行經該路段的砂石車潘姓駕駛（49歲），誤判車距，以為車子可以開過狹窄的單線道路，不料就將救護車的左後照鏡撞毀，救護人員趕緊通報勤務中心加派救護車將原本車禍受傷的民眾送醫，整個救護過程延誤至少10分鐘，幸好傷者傷勢不嚴重，沒有造成太大影響。
警方到場後對雙方酒測，酒測值皆為零，肇事的潘姓司機充滿歉意的表示：「以為可以過得去，結果發生這種事十分抱歉，我願意賠被我撞壞的救護車損失！」

鼓山都更過關！ 台泥供地先治水 2013.07.02 聯合報 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM6/8000682.shtml 延宕多年的台泥鼓山廠區都市計畫變更案，最近已獲高雄市都市計畫委員會通過， 鼓山三路一帶淹水問題，可望透過台泥變更案取得公共設施用地，興闢排水防洪設 施。 都發局指出，台泥案在市都委會審議通過後，仍須送內政部審議，尚須時日，市府 為加速排水工程進行，經協商，台泥公司昨天已同意先無償提供土地，市府水利局 預定7月底辦理鼓山運河右岸整治工程，10月動工。 台泥公司也承諾未來在都市計畫發布實施後1年內，進行廠區建物拆除清理及基地 綠美化，改善當地實質環境，對於具建築特色的台泥紅樓倉庫及石灰窯，台泥也同 意保留。 都發局說，未來也要協商台泥公司同意提供鼓山運河整治所需土地，提早進行廠區 老舊設備拆除及綠美化，加速鼓山地區發展。 都發局表示，台泥鼓山廠位在壽山國家自然公園東側，面積約31公頃，現行都市計 畫為工業區，廠區長期閒置，早已與周邊環境不相容。 都發局說，未來配合周邊中都地區開發及鐵路地下化後鼓山車站的發展，變更為住 宅區、商業區，除活化土地利用外，透過市地重畫，市府可無償取得公園及排水改 善等公共設施用地，初估可節省約12億元，加速解決鼓山三路一帶因柴山山區逕流 所造成的淹水問題。 台泥都市計畫變更案將回饋近半的公共設施用地，畫設約12公頃公園，設置滯洪池， 滯洪量可達11.5萬公噸以上，解決當地淹水問題。 其餘的部分，台泥朝向住宅商業使用，沿壽山邊採較低密度住宅區，鼓山路南側規 畫部分商業區，未來開發後將串聯壽山國家自然公園及愛河觀光遊憩廊帶，希望帶 動鼓山內惟地區繁榮。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.74.11.65
