| 熱血退休警連七天翻遍草叢 助美籍飛行員尋回幸運手環

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】在花蓮翱翔季擔任熱氣球飛行員的美籍Thomas Walter Gough（男，71歲），日前操作熱氣球自由飛行，落地時紀念手環不慎掉落，讓他傷心不已。也是工作人員的退休員警歐陽中超（男，56歲）借來金屬探測器，在廣大的大農大富平地森林園區內做地毯式搜索，花了整整7天時間，終於在距離熱氣球場地約3公里外的馬佛部落草原尋獲。
Thomas欣喜若狂，緊緊抱著歐陽中超，還掏出數千元要答謝，被歐陽婉拒。Thomas說，該手環有百年以上歷史，對他意義深重，30年來從不離身，是飛行時的幸運符。他大讚：「台灣人真的好有人情味！」還說：「我要把手環命名為歐陽，感謝這位熱心的台灣朋友。」歐陽中超說：「警察退休後還能為民服務，很開心也很有成就感。」

| 不滿在日監獄服刑 寫信恐嚇回台殺日童被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】林姓男子9年前運安非他命到日本，在日本成田海關被查獲，被日本法院判刑8年定讞。
林男在日服刑期間，因不服監所人員管理，又埋怨我國駐日代表處人員照顧不周，不斷寄信到駐日代表馮寄台辦公處恐嚇「我回台灣後要到拿汽油彈到日橋學校丟擲，開槍射殺日本人小孩」、「馮大代表，回台後要槍殺觀光客和日本貴族。」
去年8月刑滿前，林男又寫信給在台日本代表處領事部，恫稱「不咬死你們這群只有官性沒有人性的官僚誓不甘心，槍殺在台日人學童。」林男前後共寄出8封恐嚇信，台灣駐日代表處人員報案後，去年於林出獄後直接逮捕林返國，台中地檢署今依《違反毒品危害防制條例》、恐嚇等罪將林提起公訴。

| 幫自行車找車位 北市創免費設置自行車架服務

【施春美╱台北報導】為鼓勵民眾多騎自行車，北市交通局停管處即日起擴大免費架設自行車架的範圍，由目前幫學校、行政機關架設停車架，擴大為企業、社區、商辦大樓的開放空間均可申請架設，並提供後續免費維修服務，但企業等自行車架也不得向使用者收費。停管處預計今年將架設至少1500個自行車架，盼藉由解決建築物附設自行車停車空間不足，讓更多民眾加入自行車族行列。
停管處科長鍾惠存表示，北市目前在學校、行政機關、公園等公共空間，設置2.2萬多格自行車停車位，另之前在北市隆德天下國宅、南港軟體園區、信義新城社區的開放空間，設置共140個自行車格位，民眾反應良好。考量現有建築法規未強制建築物應附設自行車停放空間，自行車族要臨時停放不便，因此即日起開放民間免費申請，目前不限制隔位數與經費上限。

最近真的很不爽和某位同事一起工作， 只要他一開口，我鐵定是面無表情。 一開始我認為這個人很有想法， 相處久了才發現這人只是嘴砲超強， 一丁點解決問題的能力都沒有， 幹！ 這位同仁我有以下觀察： 1.自己的想法最好，別人的想法跟垃圾一樣，就算那是鳥想法。 2.口語上相當不尊重別人，長官請他轉達訊息，他當自己是主管來命令你。 3.對工作內容只瞭解皮毛，就以為自己都懂了，開始擺爛打混。 足夠把把長官唬得一愣一愣(僅限於沒有經驗的主管)。 4.明明是自己的態度輕浮讓別人生氣，但他總喜歡私底下放話，說對方"故意刁難"。 5.談到解決問題，總是講得輕鬆，還喜歡數落別人"連這都不會"， 但自己實際下去做，卻做不出來，整個很落漆。 標準嘴上功夫很強的紙老虎類型。 6.沒有報備長官，自己找幾個同事花錢請客(公司的客人)， 事後想偷偷報公帳被長官擋下來，結果還私底下說長官"故意刁難"。 有想花公司錢做自己面子的感覺。 7.喜歡數落別人沒有能力、沒有Sense，卻忽略自己就是標準的"外強中乾"類型。 8.明明工作能力很囧，外語也不強，還對外說什麼"外商(合作廠商)想挖角我"。 工作上令人不屑，但沒有合作關係的私下只是痞痞的，並不討人厭， 這讓我深深體認到，吃喝玩樂並無法看清一個人，但工作可以XD， 或許是我太小心眼，但我真的沒辦法忍受這種同事...... 但是因為他私底下跟我們的直屬主管有很深的交情， 該主管被他的意見影響相當深刻， 沒辦法，常常一起喝酒就是不一樣， 有好幾次他言語輕挑不尊重我，我不客氣的回話或擺臉色， 結果我被主管約談，希望我對同事不要太嚴苛。 有很多同事都因為這樣，在主管的眼裡被扣分。 不知道這樣的主管是不是有點誇張了一點， 只聽單方面說詞，而這個單方面又是那種自己有錯在先也不會承認的那種人。 明明已經很多人對他不爽了，主管還是袒護他，看來私底下巴結主管也是很重要的XD。 請問我應該用什麼態度和什麼方法和這種人相處呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.174.67
