| 屏東績優員警再爆假績效 坦承7萬元交保

【胡守得／台北報導】屏東縣警局評為績優員警的車城分駐所警員歐玉琪，因經營賭場牟利，本月初被屏東地檢署起訴、調職；廉政署再發現，歐員今年3月為爭取辦案績效，竟與目前在監的黃姓線民製造假檢舉、惡意栽贓列管的吸毒者吸毒，廉政署昨天會同屏檢將他逮捕到案，漏夜偵訊後，歐員坦承，以7萬元交保候傳。
歐玉琪於2010年任職屏東東港警分局南州分駐所期間，破獲多起竊盜案件，獲縣警局表揚為「績優員警」；去年8月警政署跆拳賽，更奪得銀牌；廉政署調查，歐員與黃姓線民選定轄區內毒品素行人口為栽贓對象後，由黃男製作不實檢舉筆錄，進而聲請搜索票獲准，黃男再將毒品吸食器置於被害人住處，歐員執行搜索時當場「人贓俱獲」，涉嫌偽造刑事證據誣告等罪。

| 中國大媽：股市深不見底 不買黃金還能買啥？

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】在4月黃金落入熊市之後，進場抄底的「中國大媽」成為市場熱議話題。但據中國媒體報導，其實中國大媽買黃金是一種無奈的選擇，因為跟其他投資相比，至少在金價下跌之後，手中起碼仍有實物。
據中國《證券時報》報導，一位中國大媽表示，目前除了房價，其他投資項目都在跌，錢存在銀行也跑不贏通膨，而且跟股市下跌相比，「金價下跌後，我手裡起碼還有實物，不買黃金，我還能買啥？」
中國大媽認為，中國人歷來對黃金投資與收藏存有特別情愫，因為黃金總歸是比較保值的資產，因此儘管價格動盪，還是會選擇購買黃金。
報導中指出，中國大媽無奈買金，反映出中國民間資本的投資管道比較狹窄，「大媽」們不得不尋求更多保值手段，以免自身的財富購買力日益下降。
儘管金價持續下跌，但中國大媽仍選擇進場買黃金。中新社

| 醫學院男大生 跪地偷窺女廁遭逮

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】基隆市一名醫學系男大生上周六到圖書館溫書，竟尾隨一名長腿正妹到廁所，然後趴在地板，透過門縫偷窺正妹如廁，正妹察覺後不動聲色報案，警方調閱監視器才發現男大生二十分鐘前也以同樣手法窺視另名被害人，其母獲知兒子犯行，趕到派出所痛摑兒子三巴掌，怒罵：「書都念去哪裡了！」
警方表示，何姓男子（二十三歲）上月從大學醫學系畢業，剛考取北部某大學生化系研究所。
上周六晚上六時許，何男在基隆市文化中心圖書館見許姓女大生（十九歲）相貌可愛，竟尾隨她到廁所，見四周無人，先將背包放在廁所門外，再趴跪在地，爬了幾步，低頭從門縫偷看女子如廁。
警方說，何嫌被捕後矢口否認，直到出示監視畫面才坦承犯行，其母到警局獲知兒子竟成偷窺狼，氣得連呼三巴掌，怒斥：「書念這麼多，都念去哪裡了！」何母告訴警方，兒子個性內向，沒交過女朋友，可能是念書壓力大才會犯錯，警方偵訊後依《社維法》裁罰。

| 指考作文「遠方」 考生寫跑馬拉松

【綜合報導】大學指考第2天第2科考國文，考生指國文科文言文多、題幹長，閱讀起來吃力，比歷屆考古題難，寫作題目「遠方」不難發揮。中山女高朱姓考生表示，作文「遠方」她以自己參加的半程馬拉松比賽經驗發揮，她說，終點雖然在遠方，但一步一步往前跑，一定能抵達，過程中腳很痠、難以往前邁步，但想到再跑幾步就能抵達終點，還是咬牙苦撐，終於完賽，以此描述就算成功在遠方，只要堅持、前進就能成功。
師大附中周姓考生說，國文科文言文多，部分題目需要分析思考才選得出答案，比往年難；作文題目「遠方」則用自己已逝的青春是個遙不可及的遠方來比喻，感嘆面對升學壓力的無奈。北一女中陳姓考生說，今年國文科難度與模擬考差不多，比歷屆考古題都難。

【吳苡辰／台北報導】實價揭露膨風豪宅！位於北市信義路三段、大安森林公園首排指標豪宅「勤美璞真」昨首件實價登錄後的交易揭露，面積151.77坪含3車位，總價2.085億元，拆算車位後每坪僅178.9萬元，雖為目前實價揭露單價第3高豪宅，但與一般外界認知行情至少200萬元，仍有大落差。
實價登錄上路後，膨風豪宅陸續揭露，首件被揭露膨風豪宅即「領袖」，實價每坪約167萬元，僅約外傳行情每坪200萬元的75折，而「吾疆」，喊價每坪200萬元，但實價最低僅105萬元，則幾近腰斬。
