【突發中心／台北報導】「白狼」今晚好忙！中華統一促進黨總裁張安樂晚間2小時內現身2電視節目，他與立委段宜康、名嘴鍾年晃對談，諷台灣元首出訪困難，有如「高級囚犯」，質問：「你們能否認你們是中國人嗎？」鍾回說：「我是台灣人！」張竟回說：「對！台灣人都是中國人生的。」

張安樂今晚10點親上《壹電視》「壹觸擊發」談話性節目，主持人公布民調結果，顯示贊成白狼一國兩制理念有15.9%、不贊成55.4%。張安樂認為原僅有0.3%，現在有15.9%，讓他「有信心」。

對於張安樂堅稱對台灣只有好處無壞處的一國兩制，段宜康形容：「就像要嘛（台灣）現在嫁給我（中國），妳是大老婆，不然兩年後妳就是小老婆。」張安樂在旁頻頻點頭。

鍾年晃當場拱張安樂2014年參加7合1選舉試水溫。張安樂未正面回應，但主持人代答：「張先生先前接受專訪時，說2016年絕對參選，但不攪局。」

今年清境風車節可以看到超過2萬支的風車展示，相當壯觀。

近年每到夏天，風車便會點綴清境山頭，增添浪漫色彩，也打響清境風車節名號；今年不僅風車數創史上新高，增加到2萬支，更結合藝術規劃裝置藝術區，視覺更驚豔；而暑假期間房價居高不下的清境，今年也有業者推出平日住宿6折起優惠。

今年邁入第7屆的2013清境一夏風車節，即日起至8/31擴大舉辦，在園區內的觀山牧區、小瑞士花園，擺設風車數量超過2萬支，較去年的1萬支多了1倍。有別於以往，今年還規劃一處裝置藝術區，內容包括原住民圖騰、結合風車意象造型的巴黎鐵塔等超過30件藝術品。

平日住房6折起

此外，清境觀光協會還特別委請南投埔里知名藝術家張家銘，以彩蝶飛舞、清境綿羊等為設計主題，將10件以上的創作品放置於清境農場內，將自然環境和時興的文創融合，襯托清境的藝術氣質。清境農場指出，今年風車節規模和展示風車數量不僅更勝往年，就視覺上的整合設計，也最有特色。
儘管暑假是清境的旅遊旺季，但不少民宿業者配合這屆風車節，於平日推出住宿優惠方案；其中清境普羅旺斯玫瑰莊園於周一至周四推出6折的住房優惠，原價4400元的2人房，折扣後2640元。
清境佛羅倫斯渡假山莊原價5080元的2人房，周一至周四只要3510元，約打6.9折，而且第3人入住，還免收價值800元的加床費；清境寞內花園山莊的周日至周五，住房就送2張小瑞士、青青草原等門票，及下午茶，原價5140元，活動期間3599元，約有7折優惠。

來到清境農場，還能看到成群可愛的綿羊。今年清境農場風車節期間，特別規劃裝置藝術區，讓場地氛圍更活潑。
