遊戲橘子宣佈首次與日本知名遊戲大廠SEGA股份有限公司合作，取得高知名度的動作遊戲大作《PHANTASY STAR ONLINE 2》（夢幻之星網路版 2）台港澳代理權，預計將於2014年正式推出，今日搶先釋出《PSO2》宣傳影片。
遊戲橘子表示，為持續耕耘並鞏固動作遊戲的龍頭地位，2014年將以ARPG人氣大作《PSO2》攻佔玩家的心，此舉將為ARPG市場投下一顆震撼彈！而首度與遊戲橘子合作的日本大廠SEGA，看重遊戲橘子在台擁有動作遊戲市佔率第一的營運優勢，希望藉由遊戲橘子豐厚純熟的經營經驗，拓展《PSO2》的海外市場。

球迷期待已久的林書豪暑假返台行程昨天公布！林書豪確定8月14日抵台，展開為期1周的台灣暑假行程，除了舉辦個人籃球訓練營，也將出席布道大會、品牌代言與他最熱中的公益活動。
今年林書豪返台詳細行程：8月14日返台記者會、15日公益活動、16日VOLVO活動、17日品牌活動、18到20日國泰林書豪籃訓營、18日宗教佈道會，20日晚間離台前往中國北京、上海與成都等城市巡迴活動。
這是林書豪連3年在暑假期間返鄉，負責他在台活動安排的展逸運動行銷表示，與往年一樣，林書豪今年返台行程安排，除了贊助商品牌活動，重心都會放在關懷兒童以及台灣籃球發展上。

| 亞大學生組「SURE人聲樂團」，首張專輯勇奪金曲獎

【蔡智銘／台中報導】亞洲大學時尚設計學系一年級學生簡浩威與友人組成「SURE人聲樂團」，以《南島Vali》(vali意指風)專輯角逐今年金曲獎傳統暨藝術音樂類獎項，從1595件參賽作品中脫穎而出，拿下最佳演唱及最佳專輯包裝兩項金曲獎。
來自屏東縣來義鄉原住民的簡浩威說，SURE人聲樂團是8人樂團，成員大部分是原住民，專輯收錄改編屏東縣排灣、魯凱古調，以及讓人感動回味的台灣民謠，以無伴奏合聲方式，唱出爵士韻味，「原本只是想當成樂團第一張成績，沒想到能獲得金曲獎，實在太意外了！」
評審對這張專輯的評語是：「有著天生歌手的寫意，集聚爆發力的聲線，唱出無伴奏合聲美學的精彩，始終堅持他們對音樂的專注與努力。」

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣喜互惠連鎖超市今慶祝第15家分店開幕，慨捐1萬粒蘋果，與羅東聖母醫院共同舉辦「愛心集現 蘋安相隨」義賣活動，為籌建老人醫療大樓奉獻棉薄之力；縣長林聰賢除到場主持義賣活動，並拋磚引玉，率先拿出1萬元購買1箱蘋果。
1粒蘋果義賣價10元起跳，讓民眾自由認購，現場擠滿了好幾百名搶便宜又兼做公益民眾搶購，不到1小時，1萬粒蘋果就全部搶光。

【龍柏安／綜合報導】「魔獸」霍華(Dwight Howard)究竟花落誰家，目前還沒答案，不過湖人已在今天悄悄撤下主場球館外面的巨幅廣告，廣告的主體訴求就是「霍華留下」。
「魔獸人生」今夏再度上演，各隊無不卯足全力拉攏搶人，湖人也照既定計畫和霍華談心也「談薪」，就在這個敏感節骨眼上，球團居然撤下了廣告，難道事有蹊蹺？
湖人主場史岱波中心(Staples Center)官員解釋，球場外的廣告原本就預估在昨晚撤下，而湖人球團內部人士透露，洛杉磯共有6個相同類似的廣告看板，因當初談定的合作時間不同，因此撤除廣告的時間也不會一致。
霍華和球團「談薪」結束後，預計將有2天時間考慮，據悉他將在台灣時間週六宣布最後決定。

| 男子瀑布洗澎澎 民眾下游喝「泡沫水」

【綜合報導】屏東縣高樹鄉大津瀑布是戲水消暑好去處，瀑布共有5層，第1、2層常是民眾戲水、烤肉的熱門景點。上周四中午《蘋果》直擊一名男子竟帶洗髮精和肥皂在第1、2層瀑布間的水潭洗澎澎，肥皂泡沫污染整個水潭，下游遊客則在取水泡茶，民眾見狀痛罵：「太沒公德心了！」
地球公民基金會副執行長王敏玲表示，瀑布是公共遊憩區，不是供人洗頭、洗澡的場所，且洗髮精的界面活性劑等化學成分還會污染水源。交通部觀光局茂林國家風景區管理處長許正雄表示，男子的行為依《發展觀光條例》可處5千元至2萬5千元罰鍰，並禁止其活動。
