【綜合報導】民進黨王定宇服務處人員和台聯台南市黨部主委陳昌輝等人，今天上午在行政院長江宜樺出席的活動場外，舉布條抗議，反對服貿協議通過，竟犧牲色相脫到剩內褲，員警站在陳昌輝前方要替他服務穿衣服，還被女記者轟走。
陳昌輝當著所有人面前脫掉上衣和褲子，僅穿著一條四角內褲，過程中遭警方制止，他嗆警「如果內褲被你拉下來，我就告你。」其中1名員警要替陳昌輝穿衣服時，還被女記者驅趕「走開啦！」

| 台灣史上首座 謝淑薇捧回大滿貫金杯

【綜合報導】台灣一姐謝淑薇和中國大陸選手彭帥的組合，勇奪溫布頓網球賽女雙冠軍，謝淑薇捧回台灣史上第一座大滿貫金杯。
過去台灣選手最好成績是2007年詹詠然與搭檔莊佳容所創下，兩人在當年分別取得澳洲網球公開賽和美國網球公開賽女雙亞軍。溫布頓網球賽是現代網球歷史最悠久的比賽，1877年創辦以來，已經有100多年，謝淑薇成為溫網第1位台灣冠軍選手。
1986年出生的謝淑薇從5歲就開始打網球，青少年就展現出網球的天份，不過過程卻相當艱辛，家中經濟一度苦到沒有錢付房租，被房東無情地趕出門，謝淑薇的父親謝子龍只能帶著4個小孩一起睡在速霸陸小貨車上。謝淑薇也曾受不了父親的管教逃家，排名從100多名降到800多名。
正反拍都是雙手持拍的謝淑薇，以獨特切削球技巧聞名，有「鬼之切球」的封號，尤其在雙打比賽特別具有競爭力。今年在謝爸爸的提議下，謝淑薇和彭帥「兩岸組合」再度聯手打溫網，終於成功奪下冠軍，也寫下兩人生涯最輝煌的一刻。

| 離譜！醉婦喝茫開上人行道 警怒斥：「銬你剛好！」

【林建鋒／台中報導】實在太離譜！今晨一時許，台中市王姓婦人（49歲）三杯黃湯下肚，獨自開著銀色日產轎車，行經西屯區智惠街右轉源通巷時，因為喝得醉茫茫，不勝酒力，不慎開上人行道，還擦撞路邊停放的紅色轎車，所幸無人受傷。由於車禍現場位於家樂福青海店後門轉角處，夜班員工聽到車禍撞擊聲，發現有人在駕駛座出不來，趕緊報警。
王姓婦人撞車後，發現駕駛座打不開，從另一側蹣跚下車，經警察酒測，數值高達零點八二毫克，警員認定肇事駕駛為現行犯，掏出手銬準備逮捕，王婦渾身酒氣，見記者採訪備感羞辱，情緒數度失控，雙手插胸不願配合，還嗆警：「幹什麼？不要銬我喔，我自己走上警車就好，銬給記者看啊？」警員邊追邊怒斥：「銬你剛好！」王婦被送上警車後失聲痛哭，大喊：「隨便你們啦！」訊後警方依公共危險罪將她送辦。

| 《龍吟三國》「龍魂趙雲」改版5日登場 內容及新玩法全面曝光

躍騰網絡 kingnet 旗下以三國題材為背景的策略 RPG 網頁遊戲《龍吟三國》於今（5）日進行全新版本「龍魂趙雲」的更新，本次版本除了加入新玩法外，同時針對不同等級的玩家開放了更多的內容，並對現有的系統進行了調整，更新增 4 名橙色武將等。
不同等級新增加玩法
1）12 級開啟內容：競技場、練兵
2）18 級開啟內容：每日簽到
3）25 級開啟內容：每日活躍
4）29 級開啟內容：徵稅、跑環
5）30 級開啟內容：城池戰、世界 BOSS、軍團神樹、勢力戰
6）45 級開啟內容：論三國、挑戰名將
7）55 級開啟內容：跨服戰
4 位橙色武將現身
本次新增了 4 名極品的橙色武將，包括陸抗（110 級，需橙色將星*2500）、夏侯霸（120 級，需橙色將星*4000、丁奉（120 級，需橙色將星*4000）、羊祜（120 級，需橙色將星*4000）。下面是 4 位武將的介紹。
陸抗
技能：突陣
對行動攻擊造成 150% 物理傷害，同時 50% 眩暈目標並降低其防禦 25%，持續 2 回合。
夏侯霸
技能：亂陣擊
對一列造成 180% 物理傷害，同時降低該列 30% 攻擊並持續 2 回合。
丁奉
技能：偃月
對行動攻擊造成 150% 物理傷害，同時 50% 眩暈目標並降低其防禦 25% 持續 2 回合。
羊祜
技能：偃月
對一列造成 130% 策傷，同時降低該列敵軍士氣 30 點。並提升自身列友軍 20% 攻擊持續 2 回合。
新玩法上線
玩家在遊戲中有機會獲得「神將降臨、血站天下」等 8 個字的神武卡，集齊指定的 2 張、4 張、8 張即可兌換豐厚獎勵，兌換獎勵的同時還能獲得積分，積分可以用來兌換初級積分寶箱、中級積分寶箱，更可以兌換稀有紅將「龍魂趙雲」。
活動道具「神武卡」獲得途徑：開啟挑戰龍魂趙雲的活動，挑戰趙雲即可獲得大量的銅錢、經驗獎勵，還可從活動中心領取參與獎勵（神武卡一張、虎符、禮券、軍令、銅錢等）。

| 教育輔助金計畫 實施尚需2年

【大紀元2013年07月05日訊】 省府表示，為年輕家庭提供的一項教育輔助金計畫要在兩年後才能夠實施。
卑詩自由黨政府曾經承諾向2007年以後出生兒童的註冊教育金計畫(RESP)注資1200元，但是，教育廳長Peter Fassbender 說，現在尚未準備就緒，不會很快實施這項計畫。預計需要兩年時間完善系統，省府才能兌現這一承諾。
他說：「我們想要讓每個家庭非常方便的使用他們的帳戶，所以我們需要建設基礎設施。」
Fassbender還說，省府將與聯邦政府一同工作，把這項計畫運行起來，因此還要設置聯邦政府資金轉移系統，以便資金順利到位。◇

【楊忠翰╱台北報導】台北市一名少年家住公寓四樓，昨凌晨他疑因夢遊穿過客廳，拉開鋁門翻越陽台欄杆不慎墜落，先撞擊一樓遮雨棚後，再掉落地面，巨大聲響嚇壞當時在一樓用餐的酒客並報案，其母睡夢中接獲警方通知驚醒，焦急說：「怎麼會發生這樣的事？難道又是夢遊造成的。」少年送醫後因內出血陷入昏迷，仍在加護病房觀察。
警消調查，墜樓的蔡姓少年（十四歲）與父母租屋居住在萬華區東園街某棟公寓四樓，家人表示他曾有夢遊紀錄，昨凌晨全家入睡後，他疑似夢遊打開鋁門翻越陽台欄杆墜樓送醫，起初僅發現其手腳擦傷、臀部瘀青等外傷，進一步檢查發現有內出血，目前仍昏迷。
新店耕莘醫院精神科主任級醫師楊聰財表示，夢遊是睡眠障礙之一，好發於兒童、青少年，在熟睡期無清醒意識時爬起來走路、開關門等，醒後對於睡眠期間的活動毫無印象，據研究可能是大腦發育及協調性不盡理想、遺傳或心理壓力導致，目前無特效藥，得靠家人留意其安全，尚未有人因吃感冒藥而夢遊的案例。
