【黃揚明／台北報導】已故空軍中士蔡學良母親尤瑞敏今開記者會指控，當時相驗的法醫承認誤判，且沒看過蔡學良大體，「如果法務部真的介入調查，絕對不是這樣的結果！」她也批，國防部真的很黑，「是烏魯木齊的黑」，軍檢查案根本不作為，若要重啟調查必須要「軍法退出，司法介入」。

【綜合報導】印度又傳出性侵案，前天晚上在當地一處寄宿學校中，遭到25名蒙面男子闖入女生宿舍，並強行擄走4名12~14歲的少女，並輪暴2小時，目前警方正在調查中。

據當地媒體報導指出，這群蒙面男闖入宿舍後，先堵住女管理員的嘴，並將4名男老師五花大綁，然後帶走4名少女，在樹叢裡性侵2小時，少女返回宿舍後進行報警。

當地警方表示，目前已正全力緝凶，「這是可怕的罪行，搜索逮人的行動已在進行」。事件發生後，也令學校師生相當惶恐，許多家長紛紛趕到學校接回兒女。
