【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘被關禁閉後暴斃，軍方今天出面反駁上士范佐憲買飲料到813醫院賄賂。對此，范姊受訪時表示，范也可能訂飲料，不是他說沒有就沒有。

洪仲丘姊姊表示：「這部分他有可能打電話去訂，訂了店家送來了他再去付錢，這些可能要透過通聯記錄去尋找蛛絲馬跡，不能說他穿迷彩服進去就說不是事實，不是他說沒有就沒有。」

【王家俊／台北報導】苗栗縣政府18日執行大埔4戶強制拆除，副總統吳敦義上午出席孝行獎表揚典禮受訪時說，苗栗縣長劉政鴻依照當地很大的呼聲，依法拆除，他無法越位、越權阻止，希望多做後續溝通、協調與撫慰。

他說，「過去做地方首長16年半，拆除過很多房子，從沒出現過任何衝突，希望凡事求最大的圓滿，至於違背法律與道德的事情，不做評論。」吳敦義到場時遭一名年輕女性嗆聲：「今天拆大埔、明天拆政府。言而無信，會有報應！」

吳敦義離開會場時媒體一擁而上，吳一度要求清場，媒體席內不摻雜抗議學生才接受訪問，他說，可以和發言情緒的抗議學生對話，但訪問混雜學生，是不好的，接著反問媒體「你們做得到嗎？做得到我才接受專訪。」

至於苗栗縣政府趁抗議者北上時拆除，吳敦義坦承「我有幾分意外！」他說，劉政鴻的作法仁智互見，多元社會，一百人都說對時機好是不可能的，持正面看法者會認為這麼做減少衝突對立、避免耗費大批警力，反對者則認為偷襲，永遠不可能一致。

〔自由時報記者吳明杰、王英傑／綜合報導〕陸軍下士洪仲丘禁閉枉死案爆發後十五天，繼五四二旅副旅長何江忠遭押，軍高檢昨天聲押涉案的五四二旅旅部連連長徐信正、上士范佐憲獲准；軍檢並連日同步在二六九旅營區內開庭偵訊，有關陳毅勳、李念祖等戒護士是否涉凌虐，軍檢今起也將開始收網。

范貫徹徐意志 開士評會

有關范佐憲涉案部份，軍檢調查指范佐憲是為貫徹徐信正對洪仲丘懲處意志才開士評會，但這項初步調查，與家屬和外界質疑范佐憲是背後始作俑者的認知完全不同。最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生昨天解釋，軍檢有一分證據才說一分話，目前調查是這樣。

士官長陳以人 兩度傳訊

軍檢昨也再度以證人身分傳訊士官長陳以人，訊後由六軍團繼續管制在二一砲指部候傳；連同陳以人在內，五四二旅昨天共有四人遭軍檢約談到案，但其他三人軍檢不願透露。

另一方面，軍高檢和北部地方軍檢則在二六九旅內召開偵查庭，直接在營區內約談戒護士陳毅勳、李念祖等關係人，另包括被爆料下令刪除關鍵錄影畫面的政戰主任陳毅銘和「喬」出禁閉室的二六九旅副旅長黃天任兩名上校等多名軍官。

最高軍檢署昨指出，五四二旅旅部連連長徐信正少校，是因不滿洪仲丘漠視資安懲處規定及違規後的態度，所以在未依規定召開人評會的情況下，逕予同意士官評議會的懲罰建議，導致洪仲丘受悔過（禁閉）懲罰。而范佐憲則為貫徹連長對洪仲丘的懲處意志，所以利用擔任士評會主席機會，主導投票結果，肇致洪仲丘受悔過（禁閉）處分。

最高軍檢署表示，徐信正因涉犯刑法「職權妨害自由」及陸海空軍刑法「對部屬施以法定種類以外之懲罰」等罪嫌，並恐有勾串共犯或證人之虞，已在昨天清晨六點裁定羈押。

在押三人 可領半數本俸

范佐憲因與徐信正共犯「職權妨害自由」及陸海空軍刑法「對部屬施以法定種類以外之懲罰」等罪，並於案發後企圖影響他人證詞，恐有勾串共犯或證人之虞，所以當庭逮捕後，於昨天下午兩點四十五分向高等軍事法院聲請羈押獲准。

不過，已遭羈押的何江忠、徐信正和范佐憲三人，依規定在押期間仍得發給「本俸」半數，陸軍也澄清何江忠未在案發後打報告趕退伍。
