國民黨新上任主席朱立倫今天上午到彰化縣為立委補選候選人前縣長卓伯源輔選，朱立倫針對彰化縣此次立委補選藍營分裂，他說，政黨本來就是多元的，大家會有不同意見， 但在極需大家團結時，希望都能一起支持卓伯源，他也陪同卓伯源騎Ubike到員林鎮華成市場掃街拜票，走到雞肉、雞蛋攤商時，朱立倫一邊握手一邊說「煮熟就好，煮熟就好」也為攤商打氣。

一名美國紐澤西女子，將她的新生女嬰放在馬路中間並點火將她活活燒死，昨天遭到當局以謀殺罪起訴。
美聯社報導，伯靈頓郡檢察官表示，已關押該名22歲女子朵維利爾（Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier），目前不清楚她是否請了律師，也尚未釐清她犯案的動機。
45歲鄰居約瑟夫目擊到整個恐怖情況，他說朵維利爾從車內取出物件，放到街道淋上易燃液體後放火，卻說是「我燒狗屎」。約瑟夫稱「她的神態平靜，她知道自己在做什麼」。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
