【劉曉霞／台北報導】基泰建設(2538)推出的「基泰台大」8月將開始交屋，基泰建設副總經理張玉貞透露，「基泰台大」已出售4成，目前主要服務已售客戶。

基泰在汐止推出的「都鐸薔薇」預定明年第1季完工，受到IFRS影響，營收應該會在明年入帳。另外，位在吳興街、主打酒店式公寓的「基泰世貿」也預定在明年第3季完工，再加上「基泰御峰」，法人預估，明年營收最少可達52億元。

【綜合報導】八月即將在美國開播的美國半島電視台（Al Jazeera America）22日宣布，將由美國廣播公司（ABC）的新聞總監歐布萊恩（Kate O'Brian）出任總裁，另三位副總裁也都從美國新聞界挖角，其中包括有線電視新聞網（CNN）的名製作人竇斯（David Doss）。　
 
出任美國半島電視台新任總裁的歐布萊特之前已在ABC服務超過30年，2007年起退居幕後擔任新聞節目的監製。新任副總裁竇斯曾為CNN製作過「古柏全方位」（Anderson Cooper 360）新聞節目，另兩位副總裁芭莎莉克（Shannon High-Bassalik）與麥姬妮絲（Marcy McGinnis）則曾分別任職於國家廣播公司（NBC）與哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS），都擁有多年新聞節目製作的經驗。
 
隨著美國半島電視台在美國媒體界的大肆挖角，美國各家媒體也開始上緊發條備戰。

【綜合報導】現任日本最長壽男子、來自新潟縣的五十嵐丈吉，今天(23日)因肺炎在當地一間醫療機構病逝，享年111歲。

五十嵐丈吉1902年出世，生前從事農業，嗜好是栽種菊花。他共有四名子女、11個孫子、22個曾孫，以及一個玄孫。今年6月12日，全世界最長壽、116歲的木村次郎右衛門在京都去世後，五十嵐丈吉就成為日本最長壽的男性。

厚生勞動省表示，五十嵐丈吉去世後，日本最長壽的男性是110歲、來自埼玉縣的百井盛。
