近來到中國的民眾，如果要在當地購買口罩可要注意了，由於受霧霾天氣和禽流感疫情影響，3M口罩今年在中國各地熱賣，但原來市面上部分口罩，不但可能無用，更對身體有害。

上海市警方日前聯同蘇浙等九省市警方，破獲多個山寨3M口罩倉庫，搜出90多萬個山寨3M口罩，涉案金額達4600多萬元人民幣。

這些山寨口罩主要透過網店銷售，也有部分在實體店面販售，以極低價作廣告，但品質惡劣，長期配戴恐會危害健康。

【綜合報導】桃園地檢署介入調查洪仲丘命案真相，日前查扣269旅監視器設備做指紋比對，傳出結果出爐。

《聯合報》報導，桃檢從269旅監視器設備上，查到有3枚指紋分屬戒護士和安全士官，是否蓄意動手腳，桃檢還要再深入調查。根據瞭解，洪仲丘案爆發時，禁閉室戒護人員共有9人，這3人也在其中。桃檢最快今明兩天就借提陳毅勳調查。

【綜合報導】役男下士洪仲丘枉死，台中市長胡志強一早慰問洪家，表示中市府將協助處理洪案事務，要洪家人放心。

記者詢問組合特別調查小組一事，胡志強認為應該要成立專案小組，才能讓家屬放心。「如果真的有成立，他一定會參加，而且就是代表洪家人。」胡志強表示，如果國軍沒有提出一個令大眾相信的說法，那對國防部是個很大的傷害。

國防部副部長楊念祖今天上午接受電台訪問時說，針對有立委將提案修法，讓部分軍中案件回歸一般司法體系，國防部將「全力配合」立法院討論與修法過程。至於外界憂慮洪仲丘案將影響國軍推動募兵制，楊念祖坦承「的確有影響」，但國防部會利用這個機會大破大立、痛定思痛。
