【陳俐妏／台北報導】聯發科(2454)宣布，因應新興市場對於多卡漫遊需求，推出世界首款三卡三待(Triple SIM)3G智慧型手機解決方案，此解決方案已獲LG Optimus L4II採用，日前已於巴西正式上市。

延續在雙卡雙待/雙通的領先技術，聯發科三卡三待三張SIM卡在3G/2G行動網路中可同時切換運作：使用者可以將三張SIM卡放入一部智慧型手機中，在其中一張SIM卡進行瀏覽網路或進行數據傳輸時，也能同時接聽任何一卡來電。
三卡三待解決方案也具高度整合且優化系統架構，在低功耗的前提下，更大幅降低收訊不良或是接通後斷訊的狀況。

聯發科技在三卡三待手機解決方案中還開發出人性化的使用介面，不但降低手機製造商的設計成本，消費者可以輕易的在手機上指定SIM卡或者是關閉此項功能，以確保通話與數據傳輸的資費最佳化。

下士洪仲丘死因成謎，法醫高大成一席「淹死」之說，駭人聽聞，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲認為，從醫學上來看，洪死於中暑，這是確定的。他認為，點滴加上輸血、葉克膜，導致洪仲丘全身都水腫，體重突然暴增13到15公斤，這也讓病理解剖報告一團亂，無法判讀，可以用「毀屍」兩字來形容洪仲丘死後的狀況。

柯文哲說，嚴重中暑引發多重器官衰竭，在急救過程中，輸血、打點滴，又裝上葉克膜，水分排不出體外，就會全身水腫，連肺部也嚴重水腫。洪仲丘被送至天成醫院急救時，施打了點滴。之後又轉送至三軍總醫院，裝上體外維生器「葉克膜」，大量輸血，這些都會導致水分、血液從血管滲透出來，跑到全身，造成異常水腫。

柯文哲分析，葉克膜是造成洪仲丘肺水腫的原因，正是導致洪肺部積滿血水，重達1700cc，大約為正常肺臟的兩倍多。由於充滿血水，丟至水裡自然往下沈。他更認為，三總幫洪裝上葉克膜，只是個「假動作」，根本就是無效醫療。

三總：不用葉克膜急救，洪仲丘會立即死亡。

曾參與協助治療洪仲丘的三總中暑防治中心主任朱柏齡今天表示，洪被送到三總時，全身多處器官出血高達9000cc.，如果當下沒有用葉克膜輸血，將會失血過多，幾乎是無法存活，所以立即使用。
