【徐珮君／台北報導】針對《軍事審判法》修法問題，行政院政務委員羅瑩雪今在行政院會後記者會表示，政院不會提修法版本，將修法意見提供給立院國民黨團參考，包括長官凌虐部屬、殺人、傷害及妨害性自主罪等罪，都可轉移到普通法院審理，但刑度仍依照軍法規定處理，至於戰時和涉及軍事機密則不可轉移到普通法院。

羅瑩雪強調，因目前社會有很高的共識，希望在立院臨時會通過修法，若完成修法，目前軍方偵查中案件、審判中案件都可移轉到普通法院，因此，洪仲丘案也可移送到普通法院審理。

標題[問題] 請問神農街適合晚上還白天去？

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】宏達電（2498）第3季財測再度讓外界跌破眼鏡，也讓不少外資嘆「宏達電怎麼了？」里昂證券昨晚報告指出，宏達電深層的管理問題可能是需要新的經營團隊或戰略合作夥伴，將目標價下修至93元，預告接下來可能還有一波外資下修獲利風潮。

宏達電今年在產品行銷都有新氣象，不過一位研究國際品牌廠的法人直指，宏達電要立即審視為何無法及時滿足市場需求、供應鏈管理、下一個產品成長動能何在的問題，因為有好的產品，卻因零組件供貨無快速進入市場是最大失策，電信商客製機種比例關係，以及後續每季機款都有降價壓力。
相關手機業者指出，宏達電目前產能只有2000萬支，沒有經濟規模，被供應鏈當成2線廠商，議價能力也相對弱勢，連帶影響產品售價。電信業者則指出，今年沉寂一陣子的Sony回來了，成功打響防水利基市場，反觀宏達電雖與各電信業者有簽訂戰略合作協定，不過整體中階產品線定位太相似，很難讓人印象深刻。
一位不願意具名的外資法人指出，不用面對三星和蘋果等勁敵，宏達電本身營運就有很大的問題，現在不用講攘外，宏達電首要守住營運基本面，不過值得慶幸的是，終於看到高傲的宏達電放下身段，轉進中低階款。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮市佐倉步道今天上午７時許有登山客在路邊發現一隻暴斃死亡的鼬獾屍體，花蓮動物防疫所人員獲報後前往將鼬獾屍體帶回冰存將送驗。

動防所獸醫師李雁玲表示，因擔心狂犬病侵襲，目前民眾送來的動物屍體包括有錢鼠、犬隻、白鼻心、鼬獾等，死亡時間若是在８小時內就才會冰存再送驗。因死亡超過８小時的動物屍體腦部組織已破壞，不易驗出。她說，花蓮縣目前未驗出有動物染狂犬病，請民眾不必恐慌。
