羅瑩雪　修法後洪案可移送普通法院審理

【徐珮君／台北報導】針對《軍事審判法》修法問題，行政院政務委員羅瑩雪今在行政院會後記者會表示，政院不會提修法版本，將修法意見提供給立院國民黨團參考，包括長官凌虐部屬、殺人、傷害及妨害性自主罪等罪，都可轉移到普通法院審理，但刑度仍依照軍法規定處理，至於戰時和涉及軍事機密則不可轉移到普通法院。

羅瑩雪強調，因目前社會有很高的共識，希望在立院臨時會通過修法，若完成修法，目前軍方偵查中案件、審判中案件都可移轉到普通法院，因此，洪仲丘案也可移送到普通法院審理。
