【綜合報導】兩名釣客今天上午10十許，到北市至善路山上溪邊釣魚，突然發現樹邊草叢有人影，過去查看竟發現1名男子在樹上上吊自殺，嚇得趕緊報警，警方也趕往現場了解。

【姚瑞宸／綜合報導】已退休的紅雀外野手克拉克(Jack Clark)今天在廣播節目上爆料，「生化人」普霍斯（Albert Pujols）的前任防護員米爾費德（Chris Mihlfeld）曾告訴他，曾幫普霍斯施打禁藥。
克拉克說，2000年時他擔任道奇隊打擊教練，同時在道奇擔任防護員的米爾費德曾私下透露此事。
米爾費德否認：「我和克拉克快10年沒講話了，很顯然他說的不是真的，普霍斯18歲時我就認識他了，他從未以任何方式使用禁藥。」

【專欄】我在軍中被黑的日子

退伍年份：1996年

我服役時，某年度裝備檢查，總部長官於晚上6點來視察，當時我輪休返家，不在現場。上校副大隊長見狀頗為不悅，認為當兵沒有上下班的，理應陪侍視察官才對，遂逕自下令中隊行政官，隔天將我記小過。

但我依規定休假，又沒違犯任何法令，部隊處分無據，何況未開士評會，隔天如何發文呢？但副大隊長以上壓下，逼迫中隊必須執行命令，記我小過，中隊沒辦法，只好假造資料，偽造開會紀錄，然後叫幹部簽名；接著把我安個「莫須有」罪名，說我「工作不力」，硬是記了支小過。

面對恥辱和冤枉，我照規定向上申訴，但申訴案件卻發回中隊處理，搞得人盡皆知，軍中說什麼會替申訴人保密，都是騙人，加上官官相護，這期間我遭受諸多不公平待遇，一年間白了髮。如製造我破壞團結的假象，使我受到同袍排擠；工作場合不斷刁難，電話鈴響三聲沒接就記過，隨時查勤審問等奧步。但我始終不妥協，副大隊長便找他同學（政戰上校）向我施壓，希望我打消申訴，否則會整死我，但我不受威脅。
 
他們見我堅不合作，就找我熟識的袍澤辦案，並告訴我，若堅持申訴，會讓承辦人無法升官，我因不忍見朋友無辜受害，在溫情攻勢下只得點頭，簽下「自願放棄書」；事隔20年，簽字當時那股深沉怨恨，迄今仍憤憤難平。

軍隊黑幕重重，人權蕩然無存，像高聳的柏林圍牆，外界難窺其貌。數10年來，單位主官像土皇帝，「長官說了算」的文化，有如北洋軍閥。

「長官刀俎，我為魚肉」，長官掌管升遷關鍵，如掐住咽喉的那隻手，基於部隊潛規則，部屬只能乖乖聽命。一旦做事不符上意，馬上端出「你大還是我大」的道理，希望你懂得衡量局勢，否則災禍馬上降臨。

新竹縣芎林和寶山鄉今天有民眾發現死亡鼬獾，已由獸醫師帶往竹縣家畜疫病防治所，將轉淡水家畜所檢驗。

新竹縣目前已送30件鼬獾、錢鼠、松鼠、白鼻心、狗等屍體檢驗，6件出都屬陰性、5件因腐敗嚴重無法檢驗，其餘仍待檢中。

縣家畜所表示，有關動物保護及收容問題，可電話（03）5519548轉202、114洽詢。

【尤燕祺／綜合報導】蕭亞軒（ELVA）昨晚在成都出席時尚派對，被問到男友柯震東疑似和中國富家女程穎婕同遊日本，她老神在在：「據我所知，他們並不是一起去的日本！」並表示2人工作都很忙，七夕情人節可能無法共度，之間沒有第三者介入，若未來拍戲一定會問男友意見，戀情仍穩定而且甜蜜。

柯震東日前才因疑似和「新歡」程穎婕打得火熱，造成與女友ELVA關係降到冰點，好在後來證實只是烏龍一場。豈料昨又發生柯、程相隔一天都在微博貼遊東京海賊王店的照片再掀波瀾，好險高EQ的ELVA這次臨危不亂公開發言，才讓話題沒再擴大。
