【綜合報導】1984年，時任美國總統的雷根（Ronald Reagan）將每年7月定為冰淇淋月，又將7月的第3個星期日定為全國冰淇淋日(National Ice Cream Day)，因為他認為冰淇淋既有營養又能帶來歡樂，事實上也是如此，有90%的美國人都愛吃冰淇淋。

美國31冰淇淋（Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream）為慶祝這個節日，最近進行了一個冰淇淋口味與個性關係的調查，結果如下：
香草口味：衝動、耳根子軟、理想主義者
巧克力碎片（Rocky Road）：進取、投入、好的聆聽者
薄荷巧克力：愛打破沙鍋問到底、節儉、謹慎

【綜合報導】美國中央情報局（Central Intelligence Agency，CIA）前駐義大利站長雷迪（Robert Seldon Lady）因涉嫌綁架穆斯林神職人員，被義大利法院判刑後人間蒸發，18日傳出雷迪在巴拿馬落網並遭拘留。
 
雷迪2003年因涉嫌在米蘭綁架一名穆斯林神職人員，遭義大利法院判刑9年，後來下落不明，據稱應已逃亡。但巴拿馬安全部長莫里諾（Jose Raul Molino）對此間媒體表示，他對雷迪遭政府拘留一事，毫無所悉。
 
義大利與巴拿馬之間並無引渡協定，因此雷迪於巴拿馬落網並不代表他將回義大利服刑。CIA已發出聲明，表示對此沒有任何評論。

【綜合報導】藝人庹宗華去年傳出酒後家暴中國籍妻子，前晚偕妻與江宏恩、江祖平等友人聚餐，傳出庹宗華當眾摟江祖平，又與江宏恩玩親親，還在街頭吻別。

《自由時報》報導，庹宗華等人本月17日晚間8時許，在天母熱炒店飲酒餐敘，儘管妻子就坐在身邊，看似有些微醺的庹宗華卻整晚與江祖平聊天，一度勾住她脖子抱在懷裡、再轉身一扭作勢要側摔。

酒後的江宏恩還當著女伴的面，熊抱庹宗華、嘴對嘴吻別，同行人似乎見怪不怪，只是莞爾一笑，陸續坐車離開。

【顏振凱／台北報導】「公民1985行動聯盟」晚上在立院旁舉行「軍中人權燭光晚會」，台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲也到場參加，首先登台的柯一登台就直言，此事件國防部長不需要下台，只要一開始說實話就好。柯說，這件事就是集體霸凌，人與人失去同情心，台灣社會對此就要反省；柯也說，也不需要看什麼錄影帶，現在裡面活的人還這麼多，只要隔離偵訊，30分鐘就知道真相，他呼籲讓真相出來，不要掩蓋。

 【綜合報導】前總統陳水扁在台中培德監獄的三餐除了由台灣大地文教基金會志工張羅提供外，志工本周也接送扁嫂吳淑珍到監獄探扁，吳淑珍在車上與志工閒話家常提到，監獄裡的蚊子實在很多，過去在「官邸」蚊子也多，用捕蚊燈都無效，也許是周圍的花草樹木太多的緣故。
 
根據志工轉述，當一行人的車子要進入扁住的牢房時，大鐵門竟然上了五～六道的大鎖，甚至連獄方人員在打開時，還費了一些功夫。吳淑珍對獄方人員說：「上那麼多道的鎖，大概連蚊子也飛不出來了！」讓獄方人員一臉尷尬。

【經濟日報記者楊文琪／21日電】台北市政府勞動局公布今（2013）年6月各就業服務站的求職人數、求才人數及失業認定的人數，今年6月新登記的求職人數為3,700人，較5月減少10.26％；新登記的求才人數為1萬1人，較5月增加40.46％；以求供倍數觀察，今年6月的求供倍數為2.70，較5月的1.73上升。

台北市政府勞動局陳業鑫局長指出，從就業服務處的統計資料觀察，求職人數減少、求才人數及求供倍數皆較5月增加，顯示勞動市場有持續活絡的現象，平均每個求職者約有2.7個工作機會，但求職推介人數與求才僱用人數皆有下降的情形，針對未來景氣變化勞動局將持續關注。

台北市就業服務處游淑眞處長表示，6月到各就業服務站辦理初次失業認定的人數為1,175人，較5月的1,283人減少108人，約下降8個百分點，顯示非自願性失業情形趨緩，然而針對有求職需求的民眾，就服處仍將持續積極運用各項就業促進工具，提升雇主聘僱意願，並搭配台北市職能發展學院之課程，希望能幫助求職勞工於待業期間儲備職涯能量，以利其迅速返回勞動市場。
