U-bike以悠遊卡、信用卡A地借車、B地還車，在台北迅速竄紅，而其推手就是微程式資訊公司總經理吳騰彥，他說，「看到別人看不到的商機、撿了別人不想做的事」，是微程式從替人組裝電腦的小公司，成為年營收2億元的百人企業的關鍵。

吳騰彥畢業於嘉義農專農機系，當時是電腦產業新興年代，1995年他自行創業，成立了專門組裝、製造、設計電腦產品的科技公司，公司資本額500萬元，員工只有2個人。

但隨著電腦產業專業分工化，加上3C賣場竄起，純販賣電腦產品利潤愈來愈低，2000年吳騰彥開始研究RFID（Radio Frequency Identification，射頻識別）。

吳騰彥剛跨入RFID領域，第一筆生意就是，回母校做乳牛生產履歷專案，慢慢進階到校園相關專案，包括人員識別證、點名系統、門禁控管等。

2005年悠遊卡公司需要新的應用系統，2010年悠遊卡小額付費業務開放，吳騰彥終於等到機會，微程式公司時代來了。

吳騰彥說，早在2009年就有U-bike，但站點太少、租借不方便，使用率不高。直到2012年U-bike使用悠遊卡、信用卡、手機號碼小額付費後，才帶動市民騎U-bike風潮。

吳騰彥說，微程式公司從當年的2人公司，一路成長到現在公司員工100多人，年營收約2億元，成為捷安特、可口可樂等知名大廠的合作夥伴，靠的就是創新資訊與先進的科技。

不過有了硬體技術，還需要軟體的配合。吳騰彥說，今年初「雲端生活家」成立，專司後續雲端軟體的業務，且也主攻下一步「電子發票」商機。

吳騰彥說，將有愈來愈多商家有開設電子發票、雲端存取需求，雲端生活家做的不僅是開發票，還將提供消費者類型分析、商業分析，讓店家透過電腦連線，創造更多無限的合作可能。

「看到別人沒看到的商機，蹲得夠深、跳得更遠」，是吳騰彥的座右銘，也是他成功的原因。

洪仲丘專案小組桃園縣軍事檢察署辦公室外，今天上午一位義務役士兵突然走向大門口，對著媒體喊「救命」、「全身很不舒服」，吵鬧聲引來媒體注意。這名二等兵喊了十多分鐘，軍方派出三人帶他到會客室休息，同時了解是否有委屈。由於這位士兵精神情緒不穩定，軍方已將他送往國軍桃園總醫院，接受照護，同時通知這位士兵的家屬前往醫院。

洪案專案小組在桃園縣八德市北部軍事院檢辦公室，北部地方軍法院、地檢署，還有高等軍事法院、軍高檢署都在這裡辦公。高院昨天才結束洪案三名被告羈押訊問庭，院檢經過一個多月密集偵辦或開羈押庭，好不容易有喘息機會，沒想到上午約9時，一名士兵拿著5件燙好的軍服，通過大門警衛，貼近橫向自動鐵門突然救命，「快帶我出去」、「我全身不舒服」。

士兵大喊聲，在軍法院引起騷動，高軍檢署檢察長史勝德出面了解，3名軍人把士兵帶進一旁的會客洽公登記室（ 值日官室），士兵是否情緒不穩或有其他因素，軍方已著手調查。

北部軍事法院一名憲兵二兵上午向媒體大喊求救，國防部發言人羅紹和上午表示，這名義務役戒護兵，隸屬於北部地區軍事法院看守所，平日負責一般衛哨勤務，他在5月20日向單位報到後，已有多次情緒控管不穩、失控的現象，上午他再度出現情緒異常，事發後，北部地區軍事法院將士兵送到國軍桃園總醫院就醫，醫生診斷後已安排住院就醫，軍方也已通知家屬趕到現場。國防部已請北部地區軍事法院，了解單位內是否涉及不當管教或其他情事。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】前大聯盟雙城隊主戰先發投手邦瑟(Boof Bonser)日前在個人的「推特」表示即將前往台灣打球，但他並未表示會加盟那一支球隊，按推測應該是目前洋將尚有缺額的統一獅隊。

31歲的邦瑟在2006年5月18日上大聯盟，該年度為雙城投出7勝6敗、防禦率4.22的佳績，隔年擔任開季第2號先發，剛開始表現不俗，但5月底以後大崩盤，整季8勝11敗、防禦率5.10，2009年季前動手術修補肩關節唇與旋轉肌，整季報銷，2010年在紅襪和運動家復出均表現不佳，從此未在大聯盟出賽，生涯19勝25敗、防禦率5.18。在來台前，邦瑟隸屬印地安人系統，但已遭釋出。

邦瑟在8月8日的「推特」中表示準備收拾行李、即將離開，到海外打球，目的地台灣，10日則準備將展開幾天的飛行。中職4隊中兄弟轉不補洋投、義大已在6位洋投，Lanmigo除了一軍登錄3洋投外，二軍還有1人待命，因為邦瑟最有可能加盟目前只有2位洋將的統一獅。
