【綜合報導】日本1名90歲的婆婆，以23.8秒跑完一百公尺，刷新日本90歲以上組別的紀錄，不過她並不滿足，揚言下一個目標，要挑戰《金氏世界紀錄》。

守田滿上個月28日，在鹿兒島參加第30屆九州運動大賽。身為熊本縣代表，她以23.8秒跑完一百公尺，輕鬆勝出，打破50.9秒的舊紀錄。婆婆在賽後表示，練習時曾創下21秒的好成績，希望下次可以打破23.18秒的世界紀錄。她形容自己有如年輕時的黃金時期。

守田滿目前是多項世界紀錄保持者。2003年，她以40.78秒完成200公尺賽事，打破80至84歲年齡組別的紀錄。2005年，她在100公尺及200公尺賽事中，也刷新了85至89歲年齡組別的世界紀錄。
