【陳建彰／台北報導】儘管美股大跌，但台股今天表現相對抗跌，盤中一度翻紅，尤其大型股走勢相對持穩，不難看出有政府基金護盤身影。萬寶投顧副總王榮旭表示，從權值股盤中走勢來看，顯示外資賣壓不大，由於台股基期相對較低，與國際股市走勢脫鉤，短期上下空間都不大，但個股可留意十一拉貨受惠股。
 
台股今天開低後逐步拉抬，盤中站回7900點之上，王榮旭指出，今年包括台塑4寶、金融股及台積電（2330）、鴻海（2317）等相對抗跌，甚至還翻紅，顯示外資的賣壓不大，一般經驗，如果美股大跌，外資通常站在賣方，但今天賣壓似乎相對較輕。
 
他認為，美股處於相對高檔，雖然近期歐美公布的經濟數據不錯，市場聯想量化寬鬆可能提早退場，成為美股回檔修正的理由，至於台股的基期較低，因此近期與美股連動性較低，加上跌深的電子股陸續反彈，使得台股低檔空間有限，但上漲力道也不足，仍維持區間整理格局。
 
在布局上，王榮旭認為，短線可留意十一拉貨的受惠族群，以中低價手機相關供應鏈值得留意，包括聯發科（2454）、華寶（8078）及驅動IC相關族群如旭曜（3545）、頎邦（6147）等，另外電子通路聯強（2347）、藍天（2362）及中概內需族群都是盤面焦點。

美國聯邦眾議院軍事委員會主席麥肯伊與眾議員米勒，近日分別致函總統馬英九，歡迎馬總統訪問洛杉磯，並強調珍惜美國與中華民國間的堅實情誼。

麥肯伊（Buck McKeon）在信函指出，他代表加州第25選區選民及眾院軍委會議員，祝賀馬總統訪問美國順利。麥肯伊強調，美國應強化與東亞地區重要盟邦的關係，中華民國是美國外交與經濟夥伴，他十分珍惜雙方堅實情誼，及兩國對和平與繁榮的共同承諾。

麥肯伊對台美兩國領導人繼續合作，達成戰略目標深具信心。

米勒（Gary Miller）在歡迎信表示，他在國會向來支持台美緊密友誼。中華民國與美國已建立超過半世紀的緊密夥伴關係，也共同締造兩國重大經濟、文化及戰略優勢。

他認為中華民國是完全民主國家，經濟蓬勃發展，尊重人權與法治。他將持續在國會支持兩國邦誼，期盼雙方共同努力，尋求強化貿易、商業及合作，進而提升兩國人民生活福祉。

麥肯伊與米勒在信中表示，這次未能與馬總統會晤，期盼未來有機會親自與總統會面，並祝福過境美國期間一切順利。

駐美代表金溥聰表示，駐美代表處將在兩國現有良好互動基礎上，繼續加強雙方關係，對議員們致函歡迎馬總統過境美國的友我行動，表示衷心感謝。

馬總統賀誼專案完成拉丁美洲和加勒比海友邦訪問後，將過境美國洛杉機返回台灣，在洛杉磯期間，將依慣例和台美互信默契進行活動。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】半夜突然驚醒，屋主發現屋內濃煙密布伴隨陣陣火光，趕緊叫起家人往樓下逃生。
 
凌晨3時許，板橋區大觀路一棟舊式公寓三樓傳出火警，周姓屋主一家半夜驚醒家中已經都是濃煙，後面陽台還冒出熊熊火勢，警消到現場時立即佈水線上樓灌救，一度還傳出屋中有人受困，後來確認屋主的兒子還沒返家，虛驚一場。
 
火勢在30分鐘後撲滅，燃燒面積約10坪左右，屋主一家三口逃生時因吸到些微濃煙導致輕微嗆傷，送往亞東醫院治療後已無大礙，詳細起火原因仍待進一步鑑識。
