【詹智淵／彰化報導】生產搖擺鈴的知名運動健身器材、岱宇國際公司位在彰化全興工業區內的廠房，今天凌晨2時許突然傳出火警，工廠警衛先自行滅火，但火勢延燒迅速、加上廠房內都是易燃物，火勢一發不可收拾，消防局獲報出動20多台消防車，才將火勢控制住，但仍延燒到清晨，整間6千多坪的廠房，半數以上付之一炬，損失至少上億元。岱宇國際公司執行副總陳明男說，據警衛表示，應是廠房內的冷氣機突然著火，當警衛發現後，一邊拿滅火器自救、一邊報案，但火勢延燒迅速，突然間整間工廠就陷入火海，幸好當時員工已下班在宿舍休息、無人員傷亡。【更多內容請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】

【陳冠宇／台北報導】深夜問題多！今天凌晨3時許，台北市京華城12樓夜店發生打架鬥毆互砸酒瓶的事件，總共有8名酒客受傷送醫。

警方表示傷者多為頭部撕裂傷與身體挫傷，為避免再發生衝突，將傷者分送不同醫院治療，而後又有1名醉倒的男子在電梯口被警員發現，雖然該名酒客非打架當事人，也將他一併送醫，夜店內打架鬥毆的確切原因，還有待警方進一步釐清。

沒有事先計畫，醫護團隊就不可能知道您的願望，您的家人也不知道該如何決定，常會懷疑自己是否做錯了。

預立醫療自主計畫（Advance Care Planning，簡稱ACP）是一個互動的過程，包括：充分思考自己到達生命盡頭時，什麼是對您是重要的；先瞭解目前各種治療重病的方式，根據自己的價值觀和信念，選擇您想要或不想要的醫護方式；把自己的希望和選擇告訴身邊最親近的人，讓他們知道您在不同情況下的意願；也可以指定一位代言人，當一旦無法為自己做決定時，可以代表您做決定；當您充分瞭解與考慮後，可將您的預設醫護計畫寫下來。如此，才能確保您的親人和醫護人員在您生命末期的照顧上，能尊重您個人願望。

安寧照顧基金會過去數年努力推廣生命教育與ACP觀念，今年安寧照顧基金會製作了的「送你一份愛的禮物─預立醫療自主計畫宣導影片」（觀看網址http://www.hospice.org.tw），透過腎臟透析病人、失智症家屬及長青族等三個真實個案，呈現他們自己有關預立醫療指示的經驗及與家人的互動，希望引發大家對此議題的重視。

人對自己有關的狀況會較為關心，所以在安養中心，血液透析室等公共播放場所，如能定期播出與該族群疾病相關的ACP宣導影片，更能引發病人或家屬對未來醫療決策的思考；而作為第一線的醫護或照顧人員，更應主動或在病人、家屬提出有關ACP的詢問時，提供相關的訊息，結合媒體宣導及人際溝通，協助病人完成他們預立醫療自主計畫的心願。

【綜合報導】帶小朋友去噴水池玩要小心！中國山東濰坊一名8歲男童，前天(14日)晚間和家人到市中心廣場的噴水池玩水消暑，結果男童被水柱頂穿直腸，送院進行手術後，目前雖無生命危險，但仍處於昏迷狀態。

目擊者指出，當晚廣場在噴水池噴水前，有廣播呼籲民眾小心，注意躲避水柱。但事發時仍有幾個男童頂着水的壓力站在水柱上，其中有個身着迷彩短褲的男孩被頂得摔倒在地上。

周圍的民眾隨即幫忙尋找家長，並打電話叫救護車將男童送院。事發後廣場噴水池仍照舊噴水。
