【大紀元2013年08月16日訊】世界黃金協會（WGC）數據顯示，今年第二季度以中國與印度為首的兩國消費者受金價下跌影響積極購金，金幣與金條投資量均同比增長超過100%。同期以美國為首的對沖基金和其他投機客繼續拋售，黃金ETF(指數股票型基金)持倉減少逾400公噸。

西金東移大趨勢

該協會《黃金需求趨勢報告》數據顯示，今年第二季度：
• 黃金ETF淨流出402公噸，但金幣與金條投資達創紀錄的508公噸。
• 金條與金幣銷售較去年同期增78%，首次單季超過500公噸。
• 中國金條與金幣投資較去年同期增長157%至123公噸，印度這類投資增長116%，增至創紀錄的122公噸。
• 全球央行連續第10個季度成為黃金淨買家，當季淨購買71公噸（約合32億美元），去年同期曾達創紀錄的165公噸。

WGC負責投資事務董事總經理Marcus Grubb評論指出，金條與金幣投資成為全球共同主題，中印兩大黃金市場最為突出，凸顯了西金東移的大趨勢。

倫敦金銀市場協會數據顯示，今年6月，受亞洲現貨需求強勁影響，結算機構帳戶轉移的黃金規模連續二次刷新12年來最高紀錄。

索羅斯全部出清

曾經將黃金稱為「終極資產泡沫(the ultimate asset bubble)」的索羅斯(George Soros)繼去(2012)年第4季、今年第一季拋售黃金ETF後，第2季已將手中部位全數出清。

索羅斯掌管的基金管理公司(Soros Fund Management LLC)8月14日於美國股市收盤後向美國證券管理委員會(SEC)揭露，截至2013年6月30日為止的三個月期間二季度，該基金已將全球擁有最多實體黃金儲備量的ETF「SPDR Gold Trust(GLD)」全數出清。

保爾森仍鍾愛黃金?! 大砍53%SPDR黃金信託後 轉購黃金掉期

此外，SEC 14日數據亦顯示，號稱黃金多頭總司令的對沖基金管理人保爾森(John Paulson)旗下基金公司Paulson & Co.最大投資者保爾森基金也在二季度將SPDR Gold Trust持股由前季的2,180萬股大砍53%至1,020萬股。

不過，據英國《金融時報》援引一知情人士稱，保爾森轉向場外交易市場(over-the-counter market)購買黃金掉期(gold swaps)，抵消了大部份其在SPDR黃金信託中出售的相當於約110萬盎司黃金持倉。

2009年，鮑爾森成功預言美國房地產市場崩潰，並建立了巨大的黃金倉位大賺一筆，那時他開始讓投資者投資黃金而非美元。自此之後，保爾森在黃金市場的一舉一動都被許多投資者追隨。

今年以來，金價下跌了21%，保爾森因此遭受了巨大損失，他將許多個人財富都投資了黃金。

儘管如此，保爾森對黃金的信念仍然沒有動搖，「持有黃金的理由還沒有消失，美聯儲印錢的結果將是通脹，」上個月他在CNBC的採訪中表示，「隨著時間的推移，通脹將開始上升，對黃金的需求將再次上漲。」

【王玉樹／台北報導】基隆新山水庫水源漸少，日前水情燈號已從正常的藍燈轉為「水情稍緊」的綠燈，水利署北區水資源局今日邀集台灣自來水公司召開「基隆地區水情研商會議」，討論是否對基隆實施第1階段限水「夜間減壓供水」。  

經與會專家分析後，認為這幾天台灣附近有太平洋低壓，可能會帶來一波降雨，有望解除限水壓力，因此將延到下次、本月21日的水情會議再決定。水利署北水局表示，若這波降雨不理想，基隆就必須限水。

大陸媒體以「平民首富」來形容宗慶後，宗慶後腳上穿的是人民幣10元（約新台幣50元）的布鞋，有一次趁空檔逛機場精品店，店員態度輕慢，氣得隨行人員想衝上去說，「你們眼前這位樸素的老者，是中國最有購買力的人！」

宗慶後在2010年、2012年、2013年，四年間三次拿下大陸首富寶座，個人身家達人民幣820億元（約新台幣4,017億元）。中國慈訊網報導，位於杭州下城區清泰街160號的娃哈哈集團總部，只是一座六層的小樓房，外表樸素無華，院子裡停了六、七輛車後，便已很局促。與周圍鱗次櫛比的高樓大廈相比，顯得很不搭。

在接受採訪時，宗慶後手上戴著一隻價值人民幣20多萬元的名表，腳上卻穿著一雙人民幣10元的布鞋，身上穿的是一件不到人民幣30元的娃哈哈工作襯衫。宗慶後說，手表是女兒宗馥莉送給他的生日禮物，但「它還不如我以前戴的電子表好用」。
