【陳如嬌／台北報導】受潭美颱風影響，國泰和港龍航空宣布，明天航班將會有所異動。國泰航空明天晚間原定晚上7時25分CX464、8時CX468、10時50分CX408香港往台北的3個航班取消，港龍航空明天晚上9時05分香港往台北的KA488航班取消。國泰和港龍航均表示，潭美颱風預計將於明天至後天星期四上午影響香港來往台灣的航班，預期可能會有更多航班受影響，旅客在出發前往機場前，請先查詢航空公司最新航班資訊。

另外，潭美颱風逐漸逼近，台東海上交通下午停駛，今天上午9時30分，業者一次開航4艘客輪前往綠島撤離1600名旅客；中午12時30分再加開一航次撤離近百名旅客，只有26名旅客堅持留在綠島。船公司從今天下午至22日停駛，23日上午視情況決定是否開航。

【綜合報導】輕度颱風潭美將襲台，中央氣象局最快今天上午發布海上警報。而美國CNN報導指出，潭美將會帶來強風及大雨，預計周三晚間影響台灣最甚，而北部雨量將有可能達到359毫米，機場勢必關閉。

此外，日本氣象廳報告指出，潭美一度在海面上停滯不動，而中央氣象局指出潭美在清晨時移動北北西轉西北，目前速度逐漸加快，今天深夜至周四影響最大。另日本氣象廳預測，未來颱風中心將從台灣北部外海經過。

【蔡明樺／台北報導】 衛福部食品藥物管理署今宣布東洲化學製藥廠主動回收降血壓藥「 安血平注射液20毫克裝」，食藥署科長陳可欣指， 昨接獲該藥標示錯誤的不良通報，應為20毫克卻誤植為25毫克， 該批安血平注射液共售出12盒共1200支， 該藥需醫師處方才能開立， 東洲已通知相關醫療機構將剩餘的藥品下架回收， 此次回收並非該藥發生嚴重不良反應，民眾勿恐慌。

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】跨國人力資源公司萬寶華今公布「2013人才短缺調查全球結果」，針對全球42國3.8萬名僱主調查發現，全球平均有35％僱主認為徵才困難，其中台灣有46％僱主說人才難找，較去年下降1個百分點，是連續2年下降，但仍高於全球平均，名列全球第11、亞太第6，在亞太比起日本85％、印度61％、香港57％、紐西蘭51％、新加坡47％等國家或地區低，高於澳洲45％和中國35％。

調查發現，台灣人才短缺職缺方面，仍是以業務代表、技術人員、工程師、研發人員和高階主管較缺。台灣僱主覺得徵才困難原因，比例最高仍是「求職者缺乏職場技能或軟技能」，有50%；其次則是「缺乏工作經驗」，有39%；調查也發現，有76%的僱主願為既有人員調整工作模式。
