【顏振凱／台北報導】高鐵擬調漲票價，民進黨立委林佳龍、魏明谷、劉建國、林岱樺今舉行記者會質疑，根據合約，高鐵可在政府訂出的基本費率之外，最多再調20％，但高鐵從營運開始，就把基本費率乘以120％，即便交通部4月已新核定基本費率調整，高鐵票價還是比新核定的費率貴了10％。林佳龍等人要求交通部不得放任高鐵漲價，否則立法院開議後將提案凍結高鐵局相關預算，綠委並要求政府應將合約中不合理的20％彈性調價規定降為10%，杜絕高鐵濫用。

對民進黨立委質疑，交通部重申尊重合約立場。 但立委嗆票價不凍，就凍未來高鐵局預算，魏明谷甚至說：「明天漲高鐵，後天拆高鐵，敢漲價，就拆高鐵，也要拆高鐵局。」

綠委還質疑，政府在折舊及融資協助高鐵，讓高鐵連兩年賺錢，政府介入才使高鐵得改善虧損，開始獲利，高鐵既已轉虧為盈，調高票價甚至要求延長特許年限，都有圖利股東之嫌。

交通部路政司副司長王穆衡說，昨已收到台灣高鐵擬調漲票價公文，交通部基本立場是尊重合約，能做的是盼高鐵對常搭乘者，及弱勢族群提供優惠配套。高鐵局副總工程司饒國政則說，根據目前合約，高鐵票價有調整機制，如用行政手段不准調漲，可能變成用補貼票價方式全民買單，或造成違約，這政府都不樂見。

發起請願活動、促成埃及伊斯蘭派總統穆希垮台的青年領袖巴德今天堅稱，罷黜穆希後隨之而來的流血衝突，是從穆希所屬「穆斯林兄弟會」手中解救國家的必要代價。

巴德（Mahmoud Badr）也對警告埃及暴力鎮壓的美國總統歐巴馬有話要說：「不要對我們說教，告訴我們要怎麼應付兄弟會的恐怖主義。」

至於美國對埃及的援助，巴德說，歐巴馬可以自己留著，然後「下地獄」。他指控美國「毫無意義地干涉埃及內政」：「歐巴馬總統，我跟您說，您怎麼不帶著那筆又少又沒意義的補助下地獄？」

28歲的巴德與許多自認是自由派的埃及人一樣，對認為鎮壓是民主開倒車的人權組織感到不耐。

他接受路透社電話訪問時表示：「埃及現在經歷的是代價，是在兄弟會奪走一切、把我們全部趕走之前，掙脫這個法西斯集團束縛的高度代價。」

巴德與20多人合力發起「反抗」（Tamarud）運動，敦促數百萬埃及人在6月30日走上街頭，要求穆斯林兄弟會的總統穆希（Mohamed Mursi）下台。

「反抗」的示威促成軍方在7月3日罷黜穆希，而後穆希支持者靜坐示威要求讓穆希復職，安全部隊展開鎮壓引發衝突。

擔任記者工作的巴德認為，埃及局勢可能日益轉壞，逐漸走向內戰；但他仍認為，驅逐埃及首位民選總統穆希是對的決定，並捍衛軍方回應示威的作法。

巴德說：「我沒看到軍方有什麼不對，他們沒干預政治，那是我親眼所見。我是出於自身意願支持軍方，沒人指示我這麼做，我只是認為這樣決定正確。」

巴德與軍方領袖塞西（Abdel Fattah al-Sisi）都認為，穆斯林兄弟會是威脅埃及的恐怖組織。

他說：「兄弟會示威者有武裝，攻擊民眾與場所，所以衝突中會有警方受害。」

【綜合報導】重慶一對年輕父母因為粗心大意，剛出生37天的小男嬰被熟睡的父親翻身壓得昏迷，目前男嬰在重慶醫科大學附屬兒童醫院的深切治療部接受治療，男嬰右手小手指有瘀青，有骨折可能，正進行肺炎及腦部檢查。

男嬰的24歲父親蔡斌表示，妻子李艷今年只有18歲，兒子出生後就由兩人照料，但二人都是獨生子女，初為父母很多事情都不懂。蔡斌說，自己每天工作就是幫做餐飲生意的家裡送外賣，由於天氣炎熱，體力消耗大，晚上睡得不好。

事發時，親戚表示看見他們在打電玩，蔡斌承認，當晚他玩網上遊戲玩到凌晨1時，主要是兒子每天1時要起床喝奶。早上7時半，李艷抱着兒子在床上 玩了一會，後來被母親叫去做點事，就將兒子抱到丈夫的身邊。半小時後，李艷回來看到兒子被熟睡中的丈夫壓得面色發白，嚇得大哭，二人立即報警將兒子送院。

育兒專家提醒，很多年輕父母有與嬰兒同床睡覺的習慣，除了翻身時或手腳壓住嬰兒頸鼻，易致骨折，窒息甚至死亡外，成年人還會搶走嬰兒的氧氣，排出高濃度二氧化碳，影響嬰兒正常生長發育。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】瑞銀證券出具台股策略報告表示，過去3個月已下調台股獲利預期約7.7%，預估今年全年台股獲利（TFT和DRAM廠除外）為10.2%，雖然預期降低，但下半年恐仍有一波獲利調降。預期指數第3季仍會盤整，第4季底前有望反彈，維持目標指數8000點不變，台股組合看好台達電（2308）4檔。
 
瑞銀證券指出，台股第2季電子股表現股表現低於瑞銀預期，第3季展望也偏弱勢，主要是PC因需求拖累，智慧機部分新品延遲和成長放緩影響動能。雖然第2季晶圓代工廠表現強勁，不過通路庫存偏高將讓第3季後市較為保守。
 
瑞銀證券也指出，第2季傳產類股表現較持穩，特別是消費類股、電信通訊、水泥以及自行車等。金融類股則好壞參半，不過產業前景持續在改善，但是塑化和運輸類股還是較疲軟。
 
展望後市，瑞銀證券認為，傳產類股基本面較持穩，而電子類股缺乏激勵題材，略顯平淡，雖然投資人仍擔憂量化寬鬆退場疑慮（QE），不過短線內，股價已多反應。 瑞銀預估台股第3季仍會盤整，第4季底將有望反彈，維持目標指數8000點不變。台股組合首選台達電（2105）、聯發科（2454）、正新（2105）以及國泰金（2882）。
