【台股盤前】指數上檔有壓　7800-8000點震盪

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】台股上周五壓尾盤，以7925點作收，周線中止2連黑，但5日線仍失守。大慶證券指出，以日線來看，上周五期現貨開盤並未跌破前日低點，短線對於多方有轉強現象，但外資在期現貨態度仍偏空，指數上檔仍有壓，預估大盤本周將在7800-8000點區間震盪。
 
大慶證券指出，主計處上周五公佈，下修今年GDP至2.31%預期最快明年見3字頭，或許可解釋為何近期外資持續賣超台股的原因，以盤面來看，權值型個股近期為外資主要提款標的，雖然指數弱勢，但具題材和內資青睞個股仍為強勢族群，例如：蘋果供應鏈、中國低價智慧機、網通、中國金九銀十概念、原物料等均相當強勢。
 
展望本周，大慶證券說明，指標股可續觀察鴻海、大立光、台郡、聯發科、旭曜、建漢、華星光等，至於傳產部分，潤泰集團、聯強、遠百、麗嬰房、台泥、中鋼、燁輝、中鴻、大成鋼等，依然為多頭焦點，其他包括汽車零組件、生技等也見資金良性換手。

【突發中心／台北報導】天氣炎熱，路上的駕駛脾氣跟著大，昨天早上台北市承德路，1名機車騎士與1輛休旅車駕駛，發生行車糾紛，行進時後方的機車駕駛按了前方休旅車駕駛喇叭，引起休旅車駕駛不滿，雙方都停下車互相嗆聲，休旅車駕駛突然動手拔機車騎士的鑰匙，騎士費了一番力氣終於將鑰匙搶了回來，但這段影片有21秒沒有聲音，不知是否才是引起休旅車駕駛不滿的導火線，只是停在馬路中間吵架，行經車輛又多，真是讓用路人捏把冷汗。

全球色情網分布圖　美國佔6成居冠

【綜合報導】全球色情網站數量統計顯示，美國以4.28億個網頁，佔全球60%排名第1，當中三分之二的網站都是源自加州，色情工業興盛的荷蘭則以1.87億個網頁，佔全球26%，位居第2，第3則是佔了7%的英國，擁有5千2百萬個色情網頁。
 
前10名當中，亞洲僅有神秘島國日本入列，以2百萬個網頁佔全球0.27%，位居第7。前10名國家依序是美國、荷蘭、英國、德國、法國、加拿大、日本、澳洲、英屬維京群島、捷克共和國。

這項統計是由加州網路資安MetaCert公司，針對2011年12月到2013年8月全球色情網站所做的調查。

下半年貨幣政策不會有大調整

根據中新網報導，對於外界對當前大陸經濟下滑的擔憂，周小川稱，當前大陸經濟增長在7.5%左右，本身就是一個正常的水平。在全球經濟不景氣，大陸國內又在進行結構調整產業升級的情況下，上半年新增就業崗位700多萬是一個很了不起的數字。

『但是我們會找到一個平衡點，這個平衡點既保持經濟比較快的增長，同時結構又能得到優化，中間還要有空間給改革開放加大力度留有操作的餘地。』周小川表示。

大陸本屆政府力主調整經濟發展結構，同時經濟增速持續放緩。學者對兩者關係看法有分歧，並形象地稱為更換發動機之爭：如果是飛機換發動機，就意味著速度不能降到太低，否則飛機會掉下來；而火車的話，不存在掉下來的問題，速度可以再慢一些。

周小川稱：『我不主張在經濟增長方面使用所謂在空中飄著還是硬著陸這樣的提法。』他認為，大陸經濟增長內在動力還是很強的，不會出現這種所謂連續性下滑的方式。周小川表示，下半年會繼續執行穩健的貨幣政策，不會有大的調整，如有需要會做一些適當的結構性的微調。

存款利率放開已做好技術準備

去(2012)年6月，央行擴大存貸款利率浮動空間，今年7月央行進一步取消了對貸款利率的限制，大陸利率市場化腳步逐步加快，存款利率何時放開成為大陸利率市場化改革最後一步。

周小川昨(19)天表示，央行已經做好技術和條件上的準備，正在按計劃推進。

興業銀行首席經濟學家魯政委認為，利率全面市場化需要具備幾個條件：首先，要有比較權威的利率參照。其次，建立存款保險制度，利率市場化帶來的最重要變化，就是銀行利差會被顯著壓縮，可能發生銀行倒閉，普通儲戶的存款應得到保全，這需要優先考慮建立存款保險制度。魯政委認為，從宣布放開利率管制到經歷利差收窄洗禮後整個市場重歸平穩運行，10年之內能走完已算不錯。

據了解，目前央行正會同有關部門，抓緊研究完善實施方案，推動存款保險制度盡早建立。
