環團反對新三輕全面試車

地球公民基金會及多位高雄市林園區的里長、居民20日上午共同召開記者會，抗議高雄市環保局在林園區居民健康風險爭議未釐清之前，核准中油「新三輕」全面試車，置數萬民眾健康於不顧。
