【綜合報導】英國24歲模特兒華茲(Carley Watts)，經常必須穿著內衣走秀暴露身體，但她的生活即將發生180度的大轉變，因她準備嫁到伊斯蘭國度：北非的突尼斯。

華茲今年4月去突尼斯旅行時，認識了25歲突尼斯裔救生員薩拉(Mohammed Salah)，兩人交往後打算結婚。華茲非常尊重薩拉，準備嫁夫隨夫，今年10月就將移居突尼斯，住進薩拉老家，花半年時間學習伊斯蘭教義。

華茲嫁給薩拉後，將會放棄目前的生活。朋友說她瘋了，難以想像她穿起伊斯蘭傳統女性服裝，不再展示傲人身段的樣子，但華茲亳不後悔，聽丈夫的話，願意「婚後身體只留給他一人」。

但事實上華茲與薩拉的感情路並不算順遂，薩拉只敢告訴家人「華茲是個單親媽媽」，但沒有告訴他們模特兒的工作。在一個禁止婚外情的國家裡，單親媽媽要活下去是件不可思議的事，幸好薩拉的家人最後還是接受了華茲。

台灣農村陣線提出土地徵收條例草案，反台南鐵路東移自救會主張，為避免球員兼裁判，政府官員應全面退出都市計畫委員會；台南市政府反駁，指廿一名委員中有十一人是專家學者，市府僅列席提供法規諮詢，絕對公正。

大埔案讓土地徵收條例的適當性引發討論，反台南鐵路東移自救會指出，在台南鐵路地下化案與大埔案中，政府都聲稱徵收土地符合公共利益且有必要性，「重點是該如何定義是否符合徵收要件」。

政治大學地政系教授徐世榮表示，台南鐵路地下化工程只開過沒有法律效力的說明會，雙方資訊不對等，官員高高在上，心裡早有定見，民眾就像狗吠火車，只會聽到「你們的意見很寶貴，將帶回去研究」，從沒得到正面答覆。

他認為，根據「正當行政程序」，擬定土地徵收計畫前應先舉辦聽證會，雙方地位平等，任何發言都要負法律責任，才能真正討論徵收案是否符合公共利益且有必要性。

自救會發言人陳致曉說，都市計畫委員會中有很多政府官員，等於是球員兼裁判，民眾沒機會表達意見。他們在五月時受邀與會，但卻限制每人發言三分鐘，「政府官員一定要全面退出都委會才公平」。

台南市政府都市發展局長吳欣修表示，台南鐵路地下化計畫早在民國八十二年開始規劃，依當時法規，並不需開聽證會，如今計畫已在九十八年由行政院核定，他們只能照計畫走，辦四場說明會向民眾解釋，所有意見都會提到都委會討論。

他解釋，都市計畫委員會的廿一位委員有十一人是專家學者，市府僅列席提供法規諮詢，許多市府提出的計畫也被都委會否決，像永康有條道路穿越公墓就遭都委會要求更改，「沒有球員兼裁判的問題」。

吳欣修說，委員通過的案件都會被列在都市計畫書內，根據「土地使用管制要點」，市府只能執行，絕不可能更改，遑論是拿土地去圖利財團，「請民眾相信都委會的公正性」。

【綜合報導】愛爾蘭一名17歲少女，上周六參加在斯蘭古堡舉行的阿姆演唱會，期間為2名男子口交，現場有人拍下照片上傳到網路。照片迅速在推特（Twitter）等社群網站上瘋傳，許多人批評少女的行為。這名女子得知照片在網路流傳後，心情大受大擊，還因此入院。
 
英國《每日郵報》報導，這名少女被拍到在演唱會中，與一名戴著綠色帽子的男子擁抱愛撫還幫他口交，並被拍到在同一天晚上為另一名男子口交。照片在網路流傳後，許多網友譴責她的行為，表示少女在公開場合亂搞，「被拍下照片只能怪自己」。
 
還有人在網路揭露少女的身分，說她是愛爾蘭西部一所高中的學生。少女得知照片流傳後，情緒非常低落還因而住院，據信現在心情已平復。
 
警方正調查這起事件，是否構成傳播兒童色情。
