自救會促暫停鐵路地下化作業 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130829/news/ncxw/T90016002013082819125912.htm 　 反鐵路東移自救會成員出示去年八月收到的都計案變更說明會通知單， 強調這是一年來唯一收到的資料，讓拆遷戶徬徨無所適從。 　 反鐵路東移自救會至市府踢館，要求市府限期回覆是否舉辦聽證會，且 聽證會舉辦前全案進度應暫停，尤其是將辦理用地徵收的仁德都計變更 案，以免全案「頭過身就過」。台南市鐵路地下化是全國最後一個鐵路 地下化案，市府擔心錯過這次機會，未來地下化工程恐會遙遙無期。 　 自救會深怕市府暗渡陳倉，除要求舉辦聽證會，針對為何要採行行政院 核定版的東移工法，而非民間版的原軌施工法釐清疑義外，更訴求在聽 證會之前一定要停止全案進度。 　 目前東區及北區的鐵路地下化都計案作業停擺，原訂二十六日舉行的市 都委會亦順延，預計九月才會召開並邀自救會代表列席。 　 不過，仁德段都計案已公布，預計今年內完成二十七棟、三十二戶的用 地徵收，雖然全區徵收面積十七點六公頃中，仁德段只占一點三四公頃 ；八點二九公里的鐵路地下化長度中則只占一點六公里，但自救會擔心 拆遷列車啟動就難以喊停，因此希望作業暫停，爭取更多的斡旋時間。 　 台南市是繼台北市及高雄市之後，全國第三個鐵路地下化的都市，但也 是最後一個，原因是地下化工程費昂貴，晚台南一步的桃園「台鐵都會 區捷運化桃園段」就採高架化工程。 　 另即使是高雄鐵路地下化鳳山延伸線，高雄市政府工程配合款負擔比例 也達五十一％，而台南市經費分攤比例只有十二點五％，可說是空前絕 後。因此市府擔心萬一全案生變，未來很難再爭取到如此有利的條件。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 95.130.10.70

如題 早上用手機的 高雄市長信箱APP 寄了2封建議信給阿菊姐 結果現在要認證都變成"無法顯示此網頁" 試過高雄市政府全球資訊網的市長信箱連結 也是"無法顯示此網頁" 該不會是因為早上沒放假信箱被灌爆了吧 XD 不知道要跟哪個單位反映?? 打1999好像不太妥 因為也不是甚麼很急的事 (留給有需要的人使用) 就只好等市長信箱修好囉 整篇文章好像沒重點.. -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.28.114
