【何哲欣／台北報導】作家馮光遠號召組成「憲法133聯盟」，發動罷免藍委吳育昇，國民黨立院黨團三長上午舉行記者會，力挺自家立委。
 
國民黨團書記長賴士葆說，尊重民間活動，但民進黨與台聯不應該介入，若政黨之間意見不同，另一黨就要罷免，是民主倒退，且罷免也難過關，只是浪費社會資源，呼籲民進黨與台聯適可而止。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池說，罷免吳育昇的理由是笑話，萊克多巴胺是國際標準，全世界也都在興建核電廠，如果這樣都要罷免，那行政院前院長蘇貞昌追加核四預算、行政院前副院長蔡英文要求核四如期完工，怎麼都沒人向他們倆抗議？

國民黨團首席副書記長林德福說，政黨間不要惡鬥，否則國民黨也發動罷免民進黨立委，朝野變恐怖平衡，台灣無法安定，希望大家要以全民利益為重。

有靠櫃試用心得、文長、慎入~ 最近因為粉底液補妝不便， 加上聽到一些說法，粉餅成份比粉底液單純，對肌膚負擔較小。 因此想重回粉餅的懷抱~雖然在這之前只使用過塞尚粉餅... 爬文後+朋友推薦，鎖定Dior和YSL， 分別都靠櫃了兩次還是無法決定... 本人今年24歲即將滿25歲， 皮膚似乎很乾...(?) 會打問號是因為沒上妝時沒有特別的感覺， 但上妝非常容易龜裂、脫妝...每次靠櫃都被念皮膚太乾要好好保養... 膚色偏黃偏暗，迪士尼公主可能只能演寶嘉康蒂， 有嚴重的過敏黑眼圈， 其他沒有特別需要遮瑕的部分。 目前使用的基礎保養是倩碧三步驟， 偶爾會用寵愛之名的玻尿酸精華液、薇姿美白精華、 倩碧水磁場/水磁場滋養霜、勻淨精華， (上面如果有不適合在妝前使用的也請不吝告知>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.125.85 ※ 編輯: fanatic335 來自: 118.163.125.85 (08/29 15:38)

我發現自己對於有色彩的彩妝品特別容易心動 一開始是眼影 但因為懶惰跟我日常生活很少有機會擦繽紛的眼影 所以對眼影漸漸免疫 眼妝只剩下睫毛膏.眼線.頂多大地色系眼影 接下來開始喜歡買腮紅 因為腮紅的顏色也是好多變 雖然都是粉紅色 但擦在臉上就是不一樣!! 目前愛用的腮紅是: 一.植村秀 (32E): 不同於MediaRS的粉中帶紫 這是我找到最紫的腮紅了 這塊超顯白 彷彿是天生的那種白透 但要小心下手太重會顯妝感重 所以適合裸妝時擦 創造一種到底有沒有上妝的疑惑XD 而且我個人使用的心得 發現他持色效果不輸Nars阿!! 常常擦一整天後 發現他還乖乖地待在我臉頰上 沒有離家出走 二.Muji (橘色無亮片). 這款板上也是好評不斷 Muji真的是平價版的植村秀 顯色.持色.又平價(最近好像有打9折) 唯一要說他的缺點 就是顯白程度比不上紫色的腮紅 但有種活力的感覺 最近還想入手Muji的粉色腮紅>///http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH64FaxoGhI

【黃楷棟／新北報導】新北市蘆洲分局1名上月3日才考上偵查佐並進入偵查隊服務的25歲蔡姓警員，原本應於今日上午9時在偵查隊值班，蔡員於8時許領槍後便逕自到分局旁的停車場打給台南的邦姓小學女同學，兩人電話一聊就將近1個小時，沒想到蔡員卻突然拿起值班時剛領的槍朝頭部開槍，倒臥血泊中，分局旁的蘆洲消防分隊接獲報案後立即送往北市新光醫院，截至目前為止仍在加護病房急救中。
 
據了解，蔡員民國98年畢業後就在蘆洲分局集賢所服務，工作表現相當不錯也在派出所擔任專案的工作，負責替派出所爭取績效；前陣子剛好因偵查隊有人考上警大而缺人，工作表現不錯的蔡員也有意願試試便衣刑警的生活，便報考偵查佐後也順利考上，並於上月3日開始刑警生涯。今早8時許蔡員領槍後便和苦追2年的邦姓女友人通電話，2人一講就是近一個小時，沒想到不知何故，蔡員就突然朝頭部開槍自戕。蘆洲分局已緊急聯絡蔡員家屬從台南北上，也和邦姓女友人聯繫來釐清蔡員突然想不開的確切原因。

【綜合報導】台南市新化區大坑里山區，驚傳土石流衝進民宅意外，造成3人受傷。

根據《壹電視》報導，台南新化區，大坑里山區發生土石流，直接壓垮山壁衝進民宅，造成屋內3人受傷。其中1名50多歲的婦人，因為下半身全遭土堆掩埋，造成腿部骨折，警消獲報後連忙搶救。

【鄭敏玲、林建鋒／台中報導】康苪颱風造成沙鹿地區大淹水、鐵道海線停擺，鐵路海線全數改走山線，鐵公路交通受到嚴重衝擊。台中站長李慶金表示，今天非假日，火車站旅客不多，情況還算穩定，台中站緊急增加人力，疏導民眾轉乘公車。不過，不少南下民眾改搭國道客運，從十一點多起，統聯台中站以及國光客運台中站就陸續有轉搭的旅客湧入，國道部份加開班車因應，交通輸運狀況大致良好。
