標題[請益] 哥德式S還是B+

做了功課也爬了文 知道S是細軟髮使用的 B+比較適合粗硬髮 但同時S主要是改善打結讓頭髮柔順 B+是改善熱朔離子等燙過的受損髮 我介於中間 本身是細軟的頭髮 但是這幾年經過無數次染髮 一次燙髮以及時常自己電棒捲髮 髮尾真的已經毛躁不堪也易打結 這樣到底是要選哪一種才夠力呢？ 本身用澳寶深層 洗完很順但一睡醒立刻打回原形 瘋狂打結 一梳開就炸掉（苦惱） 希望聽聽大家都是怎麼選的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.243.243.121

小米手機 3 今天下午在北京正式發表，我們很幸運能在現場取得一台黑色款式來為大家 進行動手玩。現場這台是採用 NVIDIA Tegra 4 處理器版本，以 1.8GHz 四核心加上一顆 省電核心做為運算之用；圖像部分則具備 72 顆 CUDA 核心。雷軍在發表會表示其安兔兔 的成績能夠高達 36,000 分左右，電信網絡則支持中國聯通的 WCDMA / GSM 系統。而我 們知道另一個支持中國移動的版本將搭載 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz 四核心處理 器，兩者有何細部差異就要等未來上市後才能提供更多分析。 其他硬件配置皆無差異，採用 Sharp 面板的 5 寸 1080p 分辨率 OGS 單片式觸控屏幕， 2GB LPDDR3 RAM、和 1,300 萬像素 Sony 背照式感光元件主相機 / 200 萬像素前置相機 ，在主相機旁能看到兩顆並列的 LED 補光燈。整個手機設計敬請先瀏覽動手玩圖集，跳 轉全文過後將送上動手玩視頻與更多細節。 經過初步動手玩，我們會說小米手機 3 是該公司至今做工最好的手機。機殼采塑料一體 化包覆著鋁鎂合金框架及 3,050mAh 鋰電池。側邊的圓弧讓手機握起來感覺舒適，重量適 中且機身不滑手，但它也確實與 Lumia 的設計風格相當接近，若挑剔點說，機殼觸感的 細膩溫潤程度仍是 Lumia 略勝一籌。而現場滑動手機和點擊功能的切換速度皆屬流暢， 小米手機 3 出廠仍采 MIUI V5 系統界面，而現場這款仍是工程機樣品，我們期待 10 月 正式上市做更詳盡的評測。 心得：我實在很難想像VR-Zone跟Engadget兩大中文站都會這麼捧小米 -- ▄ █▌▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▄█▄ ▄█▌▌▄▄▄▄▄▄███▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▌▄▌█▌▌▄▄▄▄▄▌ ▄▄▄▄▄▌▄▄▄ ▄▄ ██████▄██▄▄▄▄█▄▄▄▄ ▌▄▄▄　　　　　　 Yuzuki ██████▄▄ ▄ ▄▄██▄▄ ▄█▄▄ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.152.40

標題[心得]infocus in610負面表述及我的三次新品更換

前情提要: 新機入手(上禮拜五) 上禮拜五開心的入手in610，基本上很滿意，但美中不足: 1.觸控鍵的漏光及半亮半黑=>無視 2.觸控鍵上方的黑點黑影->無視，據說這是面板的正常現象 3.手機接電腦usb，觸控失常=>無視(之前acer e350也一樣) 4.喇叭調音量一 ，有會低頻的沙沙聲似收音機收訊不好的聲音 =>很在意，我都是使用音量一 5.觸控鍵上方靠近螢幕處及右下邊框透光而出=>在意 第一次換新(這禮拜二) 神腦門市人員表示上述情形沒辦法現場判定，要我去神腦的維修中心做判定， 我冒著大雨跑到板橋維修中心，拿到新品判定不良的維修單，這禮拜二終於 調到in610的貨，再次開心入手=>每種手機，都會有機王，我只是正好遇到， 結果: 上述的1.~4.點缺失通通都在，我就理解為in610的本身設計瑕疪好了， 這次觸控鍵上方，竟然有寬一公分、與觸控列等長的大片黑影。 第二次換新(這禮拜三) 這次的情形顯而易見，神腦門市人員直接幫我換新，剛好現場有貨，相隔 一天，禮拜三再度更換新機，事情告一段落了吧，無奈天不從人願: 今天背蓋卡榫的地方，一共三處，竟然出現裂痕，我真的不知道為什麼它 會這樣，只有昨天取機時，神腦的服務人員幫我裝上，就再也沒動它了。 我的人品一定有問題，老天為何如此待我...... 第三次換新(這禮拜四正在進行中) 門市人員表示此情形還是去維修站做判定，我又跑去板橋維修站，維修中 心服務小姐、工程師均表示這個裂痕不單純，但不知道是否在保固範圍內， 他們要聯絡infoucs原廠做出說明和判定;我詢問工程師如果無法作新品更換; 如果走維修途徑是否可行，換個背蓋可以嗎?工程師說背蓋沒有在做維修， 我欲哭無淚啊.... 神腦工程師剛剛回電，原廠說此情形不在新品換新保固的範圍內，但是他會 再追這個案子，畢竟不是人為的破壞，而是裂痕，等待工程師明天的回覆， 而我做了最壞的打算，也許要展開一段爭取自己權益的漫長旅程了。 心得:人真的不要不信邪，會中機王的人就是會一直中!!! 我用很寬鬆的標準來檢驗in610，只要品質對得起價格就好， 但我還是對in610失望了。 我不推薦任何人購買in610!目前in610缺貨中，我一個人就消耗了三支， 如果明天判定成功，還可能消耗第四支，重點是這一切都發生在 不到一個禮拜的時間內。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.9.75 ※ 編輯: balaman 來自: 111.248.9.75 (09/05 20:38)

【郭寶懃／台北報導】內政部營建署稍早發布新聞稿澄清，並無《聯合報》所指鬆綁環境敏感水庫集水區的管制與依照「行政院指示」，而是「修正」水庫集水區內公有地出租與轉售的規定，應該按照都市計畫法或區域計畫法規定辦理，並且是將管理權力回歸到公有土地的主管機關。

內政部營建署表示，水庫集水區是環境敏感地區，在區域計畫法的規定相當嚴格，不管是公有或私有土地出租都應該按照遊戲規則辦理，假如民眾想要在集水區出租都會受限於環境敏感地區的規範。
