【綜合報導】中國山西男童「小斌斌」郭斌遭挖眼一案日前宣告偵破，但輿論普遍不相信「伯母」是兇手，山西省公安廳今天(5日)正式公布破案細節，原來在伯母張會英的紫色衣服上，多處驗出小斌斌的血跡與張惠英的DNA。

警方否認先前傳出嫌犯帶有外地口音、黃色頭髮等說法；而小斌斌並未拒絕就被嫌犯帶走，之前警方說：「孩子說長得和伯母一模一樣，以為是伯母」，但後來又改口說嫌犯一定不是伯母，是因為「她摳了我的眼睛，就不是我伯母」。但因為張會英已經自殺身亡，犯案動機仍難以確認。

雲門舞蹈教室與遠見民調中心合作，針對全台國、高中生進行「身體白皮書Ⅱ─全台青少年身體意識調查」，在1576份問卷中發現，在體育課之外有運動習慣的學生占69%，平均每周運動2次占24.7%，每次運動60分鐘以上占40%。

不過，沒有運動習慣的學生也高達31%，原因主要為沒時間運動占56.6%，以及沒人陪伴，占41.2%，青少年落入沒有時間和同伴可以運動的冏境。

進一步分析發現，有運動習慣的學生，在所有學科及藝能科，都有較高的學習興趣，特別在地理科，有運動學生對地理的興趣度達35%，沒有運動的學生興趣只有24%，差距最大，其次為物理、歷史、和化學。此外，對體育和音樂的興趣，有運動學生均遠高於無運動者。

消防官員表示，倫敦東南方1座濃霧瀰漫的橋樑，發生百輛車追撞意外。

美聯社報導，英格蘭肯特郡消防暨救災局（KentFire & Rescue Service）出動液壓切割設備，營救追撞車輛中的6名傷患。

這起車禍事故發生在肯特郡薛匹島（Sheppey）的新金斯費瑞橋（New Kingsferry Bridge）。肯特郡警方表示，據通報有至少8人重傷、60人輕傷。

東南海岸救護車局（South East Coast AmbulanceService）表示，截至中午，已將35名傷患送至6家醫院治療。

事故發生在當地上午7時15分前後，過程持續約10分鐘，多達百輛汽車和卡車捲入這起連環車禍。

行政院消費者保護處修正規定，未來購買電影片禮券毀損或變形可請申補發，工本費依材質不得逾額，估10月實施。

消保處今天通過修正「電影片禮券定型化契約應記載不得記載事項」，除有上述規定，補發費用紙券的工本也不可以超過新台幣50元，磁條卡或晶片卡每張不得超過100元。

前情提要： 失戀了一年，單身了一年，空窗了一年， 最近遇上一個，我想好好試試看的男生。 與他是在汪踢上認識的，有共同的興趣，所以聊得來。 認識他時，他正因為前女友劈腿，分 手 而痛苦不已。 當時，我也還因為前一段感情而活得行屍走肉般。 聊天時，提起想看「kick ass 2」，他說他也很想看，於是相約好一起。 看電影前，先一起吃個飯。 見面時，清秀的他，讓我心跳得好快。 第一次見面後，又陸續見了好幾次。 吃飯、看電影、一起出遊...溫度越來越高。 於是，便在一起了。 縱使認識不久，我也想為了這個人，努力看看！ 剛在一起時，發現他和前女友仍藕斷絲連， 我傷心欲絕，想要成全他們。 但是他卻信誓旦旦告訴我，他會好好待我，會斷絕和她的關聯。 就在剛剛，看到臉書上的信箱有一封來自他前女友的信。 信上寫著： 你是他的新女友唷,你知道他跟他前女友交往9年,而且他們還沒分手你就約他一起吃晚餐, 他們一分手你就馬上補上來嗎?? 我看到後，有點愣住。 吃飯時，男生告訴我他們確實是分手了，只是還是會藕斷絲連。 但是這個女生卻告訴我他們當時還沒分手。 我現在苦惱著該怎麼回覆這封信，也苦惱著該不該告訴我男朋友？ 希望版友們可以給些意見。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.44.108
