【陳瑩欣／台北報導】張小姐向《蘋果》投訴表示，她本來向中國信託申請「Costco（好市多）聯名卡」，才拿到沒多久又收到中信銀以簡訊說好市多聯名卡已到期，會寄出不能在好市多消費的「SuperLife信用卡」，由於沒有客服說明，只有簡訊處理，讓她覺得不被尊重，擔心若不開卡會有年費問題。
 
中信銀信用卡暨支付事業處客戶開發處副總陳德風指出，受到好市多將在明年1月1日起更換發卡銀行影響，中信銀8月1日在好市多內的辦卡櫃檯已撤回，好市多聯名卡可使用權限也將跟著調整，因此中信銀依規定另外發出「Super Life信用卡」繼續提供刷卡服務。
 
陳德風表示，為保障卡友在好市多消費的權益，中信銀透過美國運通的發卡系統發出「中信寰遊AE 卡」，民眾可以另外申請持有，持卡人在台灣Costco店內刷卡消費，即可獲得1.27%現金回饋且無上限，並可於次月立即折抵帳單的店內外刷卡消費、甚至Costco會員年費。
 
中信銀指出，對於本次換卡造成客戶困擾，深表歉意，將持續與客戶溝通。民眾如果有疑問，也可詢問中信銀客服，免付費電話是：0800-024-365。

可拔除電池式的手機 遇到手機死當 只要把電池拔掉 重新開機就可以了 不可拔除電池式的手機 根據門市小姐說法 只要同時按某3鍵 就可以強制開機? (沒用過 不知道是不是正確) 有沒有可能 即使強制開機還是無法開機 這樣的話就只能送修嗎? 是否這也是有部分的人不買不可拔除電池式的手機的原因之一? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.74.6

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）9月4日，法國兩名資深飛行員Gérard Feldzer 和Pierre Chabert乘坐電氣球，飛行2小時23分，成功地降落在對岸的一塊英國農民的小麥地上，雖然已成熟的莊稼被壓壞了一點，但農莊主依然熱情地與他們一起喝香檳，慶祝這次不尋常的穿越英吉利海峽的飛行。

電氣球與燃氣的熱氣球的不同之處是靠電力驅動飛行，相對更環保。這兩位飛行員所用的氣球屬於400～800立方米級別，主機配電池和兩個螺旋漿作驅動。他們早在2011年曾嚐試過穿越英吉利海峽，但因為天氣不好的原因最終放棄了。

在準備飛行的前一天，即9月3日，交通部長居維利耶（Frédéric Cuvillier）專程看望了兩位「機長」。4日早上7點30分左右，在距離英國最近的Gris-Nez海岬，氣球準備就緒開始起飛，可是，事不湊巧，隨行安全保護的船發生了故障，不能跟隨，加上海峽上空霧氣很大，對他們來說，是一次真正的考驗。

飛越成功後，Gérard Feldzer 和Pierre Chabert在接受法國電視3台採訪時說，當他們終於到達英國時，開始看見海灘了，天空也明朗起來了，那時才鬆了一口氣。當地的居民剛剛起床用過早餐呢，突見一個大氣球從天而降，不由感到非常新奇。Gérard Feldzer還說，他馬上給交通部長發了個短訊，居維利耶部長當時正在開部長會議，收到成功飛越的消息後，他把短訊裡的照片跟其他部長一起分享了。

Gérard Feldzer 和Pierre Chabert下一步的探險計劃是，於2015年飛越地中海海峽，2017年飛越大西洋。
